Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the structure of a micro light-emitting device and an alignment substrate. The light-emitting device according to one embodiment includes an inclined side surface having a three-dimensional shape. The inclined side surface is formed to protrude from one surface of the micro light-emitting device, has magnetism, and includes two different electrodes formed in one direction. In this case, among the two electrodes, one electrode may be formed on a mesa portion, and the other electrode may be formed on the inclined side surface.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for automatically creating a cartoon image based on an input sentence, performed by a device, the method including: recognizing a sentence; identifying word(s) included in the sentence; identifying a type of punctuation mark located at a start point and an end point of the sentence; determining the sentence as one of a general expression sentence, a dialogue expression sentence, and an emotional expression sentence based on the type of the identified punctuation mark; automatically creating a cartoon image based on a word included in the general expression sentence; understanding a subject of the dialogue expression sentence or the emotional expression sentence; and inserting the dialogue expression sentence or the emotional expression sentence in a form of a speech bubble on a character corresponding to the understood subject among at least one character in the cartoon image.

Abstract: A substrate transistor is formed, including a gate insulation region formed on a substrate, spaced apart source/drain regions formed in the substrate, and a gate electrode formed on the gate insulation region, disposed between the spaced apart source/drain regions, the gate electrode having a sidewall portion. A lateral thin film transistor is formed, including a sidewall gate insulation region on the sidewall portion of the gate electrode and a lateral channel region on the sidewall gate insulation region such that the gate electrode controls the current in the lateral channel region. A first one of the spaced apart source/drain regions of the substrate transistor preferably includes a lightly-doped inner portion disposed adjacent the gate electrode and a heavily-doped outer portion disposed adjacent the lightly-outer portion, opposite the gate electrode. The lateral channel region preferably is electrically connected to a second one of the spaced-apart source/drain regions of the substrate transistor.
