Abstract: Provided is an apparatus for recognizing a location of a moving object in real time. The apparatus includes a lighting portion including a lighting unit for emitting a plurality of optical signals spatially separated in different patterns; an electronic tattoo portion that is attached on the moving object, wherein the electronic tattoo portion includes at least one electronic tattoo unit including a solar cell for detecting each of the plurality of optical signals emitted from the lighting portion, a wireless antenna for wirelessly transmitting the plurality of optical signals detected by the solar cell, and a controller for controlling the transmission of the plurality of optical signals; and a location recognition portion for recognizing the location of the moving object from the plurality of optical signals wirelessly transmitted from the electronic tattoo portion.
