  • Patent number: 12214790
Abstract: Disclosed may be a method for evaluating valet mode driving of a vehicle. The method includes determining whether or not a valet mode entry condition may be satisfied, determining a plurality of driving evaluation factors for valet parking based on at least one of a vehicle status or a driving environment, upon determining that the valet mode entry condition may be satisfied, calculating a valet driving evaluation score by analyzing the determined driving evaluation factors and collecting result values acquired through analysis, and displaying the calculated valet driving evaluation score.

  • Publication number: 20250022784
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device having a semiconductor die within an extended substrate and a bottom substrate may include bonding a bottom surface of a semiconductor die to a top surface of a bottom substrate, forming an adhering member to a top surface of the semiconductor die, bonding an extended substrate to the semiconductor die and to the top surface of the bottom substrate utilizing the adhering member and a conductive bump on a bottom surface of the extended substrate and a conductive bump on the bottom substrate. The semiconductor die and the conductive bumps may be encapsulated utilizing a mold member. The conductive bump on the bottom surface of the extended substrate may be electrically connected to a terminal on the top surface of the extended substrate. The adhering member may include a laminate film, a non-conductive film adhesive, or a thermal hardening liquid adhesive.

  • Publication number: 20230387436
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a valve opening/closing detection device for a fuel cell system and a method therefor and provides a valve opening/closing detection device for a fuel cell system, which detects a current (current waveform) supplied to a valve of the fuel cell system, determines a differential value of the current, detects opening/closing of the valve on the basis of a fluctuation range of the differential value, and thus may accurately detect an opening time point and a closing time point of the valve without a separate sensor, and a method therefor. To this end, the present disclosure may include a current sensor that measures a current applied to a valve, and a controller that determines a differential value of the current and detects opening/closing of the valve on the basis of a fluctuation range of the differential value.

  • Publication number: 20230303429
Abstract: Porous glass nanoparticles according to an embodiment have a specific surface area of 250 m2/g to 800 m2/g, and a pore volume of 0.1 cm3/g to 1 cm3/g. Since the porous glass nanoparticles have a high specific surface area and pore volume, the porous glass nanoparticles may have improved agilities to remineralize the demineralized dentin and occlude dentinal tubules. In addition, by including the porous glass nanoparticles, a dentin adhesive composition with improved adhesive strength to the dentin surface may be provided.

  • Publication number: 20230296190
Abstract: A fluid discharge valve includes a housing that defines a flow path configured to guide fluid, a partition that faces the flow path and is configured to move relative to the flow path, and a heater that is coupled and fixed to the housing and configured to supply heat to the flow path. The flow path includes a first flow path that is in fluid communication with an outside of the housing and extends along a first direction toward the partition, and a second flow path that extends from the first flow path along a second direction that crosses the first direction. The heater has a first side that faces the first flow path and a second side that face the second flow path.

  • Patent number: 8826251
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for dynamically generating a machine code is provided, including: sequentially storing generated instructions in a first buffer; sequentially storing data in a second buffer, when the generated instructions reference data; and flushing the first buffer and the second buffer to executable code when a distance between an instruction referencing the data and the data has reached a limit of an offset range of the data-referencing instruction.
