Light from one test card is reflected through one of the dual openings to sensing receptors of one eye. In order to enable the part of a diffuse beam reflected from the second test card made parallel within 10° to fall on the sensing receptors of the second eye, the enclosure is provided with a tubular prism covered with a closing plate having an opening at a first end while having an opening covered preferably with transparent material at a second end.

Abstract: A vehicle tire includes a rubber or elastomer tire body which has a circumferentially extending crown portion and opposite sidewalls joining the crown portion. The sidewalls terminate in circumferentially extending beads adapted to be received in a vehicle wheel rim. A plurality of circumferentially spaced arcuate leaf springs are, at their ends, resiliently embedded into the respective beads. The leaf springs support parts of the internal face of the crown portion.

Abstract: This invention concerns a process and device for storing foodstuffs, plants, meat and other organic substances in which the products to be stored are held in a hermetically sealed cold chamber with no apertures, where the temperature is even everywhere and lies in the range from +0.5.degree. to -0.5.degree. C. The device has at least one chamber (1) which can be hermetically sealed by a cover, whereby the chamber (1) and the cover (12) are bordered by double walls enclosing sealed spaces (2, 6) and the sealed spaces (2, 6) are in mutual heat-conducting communication, the inner of the double walls is preferably made of plastic and the sealed spaces (2, 6) are filled with a refrigerated, non-freezing fluid and 10 the outside of the double wall is lagged (3).

Abstract: The invention relates to a method and an equipment for the preservation of vegetables, meat or other organic substances. The essential feature of the method proposed by the invention consists of placing the goods to be preserved into a hermetically sealed chamber (I, II), then varying the composition of the gases bound by the cell material of products. The essential feature of the equipment complying with the invention consists of placing the goods to be preserved into a hermetically sealed chamber (I, II), where the chamber (I, II) is connected with some means, advantageously with a gas pump, for varying the pressure within said chamber, or providing said chamber (I, II) with at least one hermetically sealed, movable wall for varying the volume of said chamber, further connecting the latter with a cooling circuit for providing the cooling of the chamber (I, II).

Abstract: A reinforced "C" shaped hand-rail for use with escalators, moving pavements and the likes made of elastic material. The invented hand-rail is injection moulded from polyurethane, foamed polyurethane or other synthetic material possessing similar physical characteristics, so that at least one of its outside and inside is lamellated, the external or internal surface of the side opposite the lamellated surface is wavy conforming to the lamellae. The hand-rail is provided with reinforcing steel wire insert (1).

Abstract: The invention relates to an elastic self-carrying bellows-body, in particular for vehicles, having been formed with ribs separated by spacings and interconnected with connecting means.The essence of the invention lies in that the thickness of the connecting means interconnecting the ribs is less on at least two opposite sides of the bellows-body, than that of the ribs and the ribs and connecting means are formed as monolithic units.

Abstract: A logic toy for distinctive indication of bordering zones on a surface, especially existing administrative districts, such as countries, facilitating herewith the development of logic way of thinking and depth perception together with the memorization of colored vision or other kind of signalling. The body of the logic toy is for example a parallelepiped, a sphere or globe or the like, the surface thereof is divided into separated zones, whereby the body is provided with built-in signalling means for displaying a signal simultaneously for each separated zone. Comparing the logic toy according to the invention to the known logic toys, such as the magic cube or the like, it means in each occasion a new logic task to be solved, therefore the playing can not become a routine work. Furthermore, a given task can be solved in different ways, and the tasks can be made gradually more and more complicated.
