Abstract: A transmission module on desktop monitor includes at least a set of conversion control chips, one of which being mounted on a desktop monitor while the other one being mounted on a notebook computer or a personal computer; a transmission interface connected to each of the two conversion control chips for transmitting signals on the conversion control chips; and one or more of a sound output port, a sound input port, a microphone port, a plurality of USB ports, a set of P/S ports, a monitor connection port, a serial port, a parallel port, and a 1394 port, being provided on the desktop monitor and electrically connected to the conversion control chip mounted on the desktop monitor. In this manner, I/O interfaces on the notebook computer or the personal computer are extended to the desktop monitor.

Abstract: A wireless AV transmitting set includes a remote controller main body having an internal memory device and an external connecting recess for stably holding a digital AV player therein, and a first pair of electric contacts, via which data is transmitted and power is supplied to the remote controller main body and the digital AV player in the connecting recess; a seat having a receiving recess for holding the remote controller main body and a second pair of electric contacts corresponding to the first pair of electric contacts for supplying an external power source to the remote controller main body received in the receiving recess; and a wireless transmitter provided on the remote controller main body for wirelessly transmitting AV data files stored in the digital AV player or the memory device to an external playing device for playing. Therefore, the remote controller main body has expanded functions.

Abstract: A monitor includes a display mechanism having a display screen located on a front side thereof, and a video retrieving unit and an audio retrieving unit located at predetermined positions in the vicinity of the display screen; an adjusting mechanism connected to and located behind the display mechanism, and including a rotating unit connected to a rear lower portion of the display mechanism, and an elevating unit connected at an upper end to the rotating unit; and abase being fixedly connected to a lower end of the adjusting mechanism and provided at a bottom surface with a rotary disc. With these arrangements, the video and audio retrieving units of the display mechanism may be adjusted to a desired vertical height, inclination angle, and/or horizontal angle via the adjusting mechanism and the rotary disc of the base.

Abstract: A monitor with multi-module communication function includes a display screen framed in a housing, and a base, to a top of which the housing is mounted. At least one set of USB sockets and at least one set of PSTN jacks are externally provided on the housing or the base at predetermined positions; and an automatic switch circuit and a microprocessor with a memory are internally provided in the housing. The automatic switch circuit is connected to a personal computer and a VoIP phone via the USB sockets, and to a PSTN phone and a PSTN system provider via the PSTN jacks. Therefore, a user can make and receive VoIP calls via the PSTN phone at reduced call cost.

Abstract: An adaptation structure for a video game console includes an adaptation mechanism provided with a conversion control unit, a first connection interface, a second connection interface, and a power supply unit; an output equipment provided with a first link unit to engage in corresponding communication with the first connection interface; and the video game consol provided with a second link unit to engage in corresponding communication with the second connection interface; accordingly, the adaptation mechanism links to and communicate with the output equipment and the video game console thus to avoid complicated wire distribution and running to achieve the purpose of easy mounting for use and dismounting for storage of the adaptation structure.
