  • Patent number: 5317905
Abstract: A refrigeration system where the refrigerant starts out as a liquid at ambient temperatures and pressures and is expanded to a very low pressure and temperature through the use of a special design ejector and pump assembly. The preferred design uses a new type of centrifugal pump which is designed to produce a high velocity discharge rather than pressure. The refrigerant in expanding to a gas extracts BTU's from its surroundings.
