    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method of providing digital content wirelessly using a communications portal with restricted access to navigation over the Internet. The method may include enabling high speed downloads over the communications portal using one or more address maps of data links for downloadable digital content. The method may include publishing an interface to a wireless device, wherein the interface provides a finite set of selections that are associated with at least one or more of the address maps. The method may also include collecting and distributing fees based on downloads of digital content.
