Abstract: This invention relates to a light emitting diode lamp with high heat-dissipation capacity wherein the lamp has at -least one heat-dissipating unit, a plurality of air-flow channels being provided within each heat sink unit, an electrical insulation layer with high heat-conductivity being provided on the surface of the light emitting diode mounted with heat-dissipating unit, a metal circuit being formed on the electrical insulation layer with high heat-conductivity according to demand, at least one light emitting diode being packaged on the metal circuit such that provision of circuit board or coating of heat sink paste become unnecessary for the lamp.

Abstract: This invention relates to an interface module with high heat dissipation, comprising a metal base, an electrical insulation layer with high heat-conductivity and a metal circuit. The electrical insulation layer with high heat-conductivity is provided on the heat absorption end surface of the metal base, and the metal circuit is formed on the electrical insulation layer with high heat-conductivity for the direct mounting of various electronic components such as chip or LED etc. thereon. In this manner, the function of conventional circuit board, heat sink paste and a part or the whole heat sink unit can be substituted by the interface module with high heat-dissipation such that the waste heat generated by electronic component can be transferred out directly through the interface module with high heat-dissipation so as to solve such problem concerned with heat dissipation as heat jamming in the package area.

Abstract: A software-based method for simulation of multiple access networks is provided. The method can simulate one or more networks complying with broadcast media on one or more computers installed with a protocol for transferring simulation frames to computers involved in simulation by using software. Also, simulation frames are transferred over the simulated network. The invention takes advantage of the installed protocol to simulate a frame transfer mechanism. Further, the invention can define and simulate a real network topology by software for transmitting/receiving simulation frames.
