    Abstract: A flexible coil winding structure of a flyback transformer is disclosed, which comprises a magnetizable core at the center portion, a pair of flexible insulator sheets at both sides of the magnetizable core for insulating it, and first and second conductor line patterns arranged so that they can provide a coiled circuit pattern around the pair of flexible insulator sheets. The first and second conductor line patterns include respectively a plurality of first and second parallel conductor lines which are inclined at a predetermined angle. Also, the coil winding structure includes an opening, such as an etched hole or a window, etc., at a portion of the insulator sheet which corresponds to the upper and lower portions of all the conductor lines and an electrical connection for connecting through the opening the upper portions and the lower portions of the first and second conductor line patterns so that the conductor lines provide the coiled circuit pattern. The electrical connection is provided by soldering.

    Abstract: A flexible coil winding structure of a flyback transformer is disclosed, which comprises a magnetizable core at the center portion, a first conductor line pattern and a second conductor line pattern at both sides, and a pair of flexible insulator sheets at both sides for substantially insulating the overall coil winding structure and protecting it from its surroundings while in service. The first and second conductor line patterns are arranged so as to provide the coiled circuit pattern. A pair of insulating strips are provided between the magnetizable core and the first and second conductor line patterns. Also, the coil winding structure includes an electrical connection for connecting the upper portions and the lower portions of the first and second conductor line patterns so that they provide the coiled circuit pattern. The electrical connection may be provided by soldering or welding, etc. A manufacturing process of the flexible coil winding structure is also disclosed.

    Abstract: An apparatus for connecting primary conductive lines of a flexible transformer which assures the simple and reliable connection between the primary conductive lines. The apparatus includes a circular rigid supporting plate having an opening at the center thereof, a connecting member having an opening at the center thereof fabricated of a flexible insulator sheet having one surface where the supporting plate is adhered and the other surface where a plurality of radial conductive lines are deposited. The connecting member has a plurality of projecting portions at inner and outer peripheral edge portions thereof by cutting out the inner and outer peripheral edge portions where the radial conductive lines are not deposited. The projecting portions are folded to connect inner and outer parallel primary conductive lines.

    Abstract: A coil winding structure of a flyback transformer comprises a plurality of layers of a coiled-circuit pattern sheet. The coiled-circuit pattern sheet includes a tubular sheet, a coiled-circuit pattern formed around the tubular sheet, and a magnetizable core inserted into the tubular sheet. The coiled-circuit pattern sheet and the magnetizable core have a shape of an elongated flexible strip. The coiled-circuit patterns are electrically connected in series with each other, and the magnetizable cores are connected with each other by a conductive binder and so on, so as to form a closed circuit in a zig-zag formation.
