Abstract: Disclosed is a multifunction personal audio emulation device having a cushioned headband with noise cancelling ear cups. The cushioned headband is approximately half an inch thick and with cups being one inch thick. Fitted into the headband further is an independent rechargeable battery source a USB connection for data and electric power input and at least one other universal serial bus output. The personal audio device may connect to an external audio output device using a wired or a wireless connection. The personal audio device is further capable of data storage, including storage for replay of content via the sound drivers of the device.
