Abstract: In one embodiment, the present invention is a mobile application that, after being installed and activated on a computing device, allows a first user to initiate a video call with a second user. Before and during the video call, the first and the second user may choose to apply video effects to the video streams captured by the cameras on their computing devices. At least one of those video effects, may transform the video streams into cartoon video.
