  • Publication number: 20180074788
Abstract: A ternary logic circuit according to the present invention includes a pull-up device (100) and a pull-down device (200) connected in series between power voltage sources (VDD and GND), and an input voltage (VIN) source and output voltage (VOUT) source. When both the pull-up device (100) and the pull-down device (200) are turned off by an input voltage (VIN), both the pull-up device (100) and the pull-down device (200) operate as simple resistors which are affected only by an output voltage (VOUT) and form a ternary digit (“1” state) through voltage division. When only one of the pull-up device (100) or the pull-down device (200) is turned on to allow a current to flow therethrough, VDD (“2” state) or GND (“0” state) is output as the output voltage (VOUT). Accordingly, a bit density can be remarkably increased.

  • Patent number: 9783837
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a double-sided film containing the step of 5 forming a film in the interface between air and the mixture of a polymer comprising amine group (—NH) and a compound containing phenol or catechol by exposing the mixture on the air. Particularly, the double-sided film of the present invention is a separation membrane 10 that can separate the interface of liquid phase and gas phase and at the same time can be used as a biomaterial such as a haemostatic and also an waterproof agent. When the film is prepared in a moderate condition by using an enzyme, the film can include proteins and 15 cells, resulting in the multi-functional versatility film that can be useful as a biocatalyst. The versatility film of the present invention, thus, is not expensive and the production method thereof is simple and eco-friendly.

  • Publication number: 20130125469
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a grating safety cover includes forming a perforated plate through which a plurality of holes vertically pass, inserting, respectively into the holes, half-conical pillars each having a smaller diameter than that of each of the holes such that the outer circumferential surfaces of the half-conical pillars are separated from the inner circumferential surfaces of the holes, forming an upper layer by applying an elastic material onto the perforated plate in which the half-conical pillars are inserted, and separating the half-conical pillars. According to the grating safety cover, drainage is well performed and a heel, a stroller wheel, or the like is prevented from easily falling into the safety grating. Further, due to shock absorption of the elastic layer, the safety grating has excellent durability and is not easily damaged.
