    Abstract: The present invention provides a battery packing module that includes: a heat dissipation member having a plurality of insertion cylinders arranged in a lattice type and a through-hole formed between the insertion cylinders in a direction that is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the insertion cylinders, wherein the outer circumferential surfaces of adjacent insertion cylinders are connected to each other; a plurality of cylindrical battery cells inserted into the insertion cylinders and configured to make contact with the inner circumferential surfaces of the insertion cylinders; and packing plates coupled to the upper ends and lower ends of the battery cells, wherein the packing plates have a current flow hole formed therein through which electrodes of the battery cells are exposed and battery mounting recesses formed therein in which the battery cells are mounted.

An encoder for redundant slice coding by PD includes a PD coding unit rearranging a residual block that is a difference between a current block and a prediction block into four sections by performing PD on the residual block, a quantization transform unit transforming and quantizing at least one of the sections of the residual block, and a reference block generation unit generating a reference block based on a value obtained by performing inverse transform and inverse quantization, and then inverse PD on the at least one transformed and quantized section by the quantization transform unit.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for extracting chrominance shape information for an interlaced scan type image, which are used in a video compression coding/decoding system or a video manipulation equipment/system. According to the present invention, in an interlaced scan type image with arbitrary luminance shape information, chrominance shape information is extracted on the basis of four adjacent luminance shape pixels in two lines of the same type field. The present method and apparatus can solve a color bleeding problem in a conventional chrominance shape information extraction method considering no characteristic of the interlaced scan type image. Therefore, the present invention has the effect of significantly improving subjective picture quality.
