    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electrode drying apparatus, electrode manufacturing equipment, and an electrode drying method. The electrode drying apparatus includes a dryer configured to form a dried active material layer by applying thermal energy to dry a fluid active material layer of an electrode active material slurry coated on a substrate moving in a first direction. The apparatus also includes a densitometer configured to measure a density of the fluid active material layer and the dried active material layer, and a controller configured to control the dryer such that a magnitude of the thermal energy is adjusted based on a density variation that is a difference between a density of the fluid active material layer and a density of the dried active material layer as measured by the densitometer.
