  • Patent number: 11161426
Abstract: A system for inspecting wireless charging of an electric vehicle includes: a wireless charger configured to transmit electric power through a transmission pad disposed on an inspection reference line of a rail; a centering unit configured to align a position of a reception pad on a vertical position of the transmission pad through a driving roller on which the electric vehicle is positioned; and an inspector configured to connect a wireless diagnosing communication, wirelessly charge a high voltage battery, and integrally inspect operation status of at least one of a battery management system (BMS), a battery cooling system, a battery charging system, or a high voltage distribution system during the wireless charging of the high voltage battery by receiving a test information from an electric power control unit (EPCU) of the electric vehicle connected through the wireless diagnosing communication.

  • Patent number: 10807606
Abstract: A vehicle lean inspection apparatus that determines whether a vehicle is leaning during a driving test, includes: a communication module connected to a diagnostic communication module through an OBD-II connector of the vehicle to collect state information of driving of the vehicle; an acceleration sensor to measure an acceleration signal generated by a vertical vibration during driving of the vehicle to recognize a start point and an end point of an inspection interval of a predetermined reference distance; a gyro sensor to measure a road slope during the driving of the vehicle; and a controller to collect state information of the vehicle to measure an actual driving distance passing through the inspection interval, and to determine that the vehicle leans when the remaining driven distance calculated based on a first distance increment and a second distance increment exceeds the reference distance.

  • Publication number: 20190018134
Abstract: A system for inspection of watertightness of a vehicle is disclosed. The system includes: a moving unit to move the vehicle to a workspace; a detection unit to detect the vehicle entering the workspace; a plurality of jet nozzles to jet water toward the vehicle; a valve unit to control water supplied to the plurality of jet nozzles; and a controller to control water jetted toward the vehicle by the plurality of jet nozzles, by controlling the valve unit based on a detection signal from the detection unit. In particular, while the vehicle is moved to the workspace for inspection of watertightness, water is injected toward the vehicle when the vehicle is detected to enter the workspace, and the water injection is stopped when the vehicle is not further detected in the workspace.
