Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer media for processing time activities are provided herein. Time activities, each having a type and a timestamp, can be received. Based on the types and timestamps, a time activity pair can be formed, and a time interval can be generated corresponding to the time activity pair. Time intervals can have a classification. Activity for a time period can thus be determined through pair formation and time interval generation using the time activities received during the time period. A time tracking application account can be updated to include the generated time intervals.

The collector object may be configured to collect values over time periods having the first length. The instance of the collector object may be updated based on one or more values from a first record. The first record may store values collected over a second time period having a second length. In one example, the method includes detecting a change to an attribute associated with a time sheet stored in a database, splitting the time sheet into a first portion of time before the attribute changed and a second portion of time after the attribute changed, retroactively applying the change of the attribute to the second portion of time and preserving the attribute for the first portion of time to generate modified time sheet data, and updating the time sheet stored in the database based on the modified time sheet data to implement the retroactively applied change. Accordingly, the system described herein may automatically identify and process retroactive changes to a time sheet that has already been submitted and stored in a database.

In one embodiment, a method includes transmitting, to a remote learning management system, a request for a course associated with a course type. The remote learning management system is operable to provide a plurality of courses based on the request. Information associated with the course is transmitted to or received from the remote learning management system. The information included a delivery method. The course catalog is automatically updated based, at least in part, on the delivery method of the course.

The techniques include defining a curriculum type that includes one or more curriculum type elements, the curriculum type being a template for a curriculum; and defining a curriculum based on the defined curriculum type by selecting one or more curriculum elements for each of one or more of the curriculum type elements. The defined curriculum can include different types of training courses, including web-based trainings, classroom trainings, and on-the-job trainings.

The ELS includes a front end that exchanges communications with the external system to obtain access to the electronic course, a learning portal that runs software to view the electronic course, and a back end that stores information that relates to the electronic course.
