  • Patent number: 11826693
Abstract: Utilization of nitrogen oxides contained in the ambient air including a system and a method with which the nitrogen oxides can be utilized for the production of liquid or solid chemicals.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 18, 2019
Date of Patent: November 28, 2023
    Assignee: AUDI AG
Inventors: Simone Müller-Hellwig, Hagen Seifert, Alexander Krajete
  • Patent number: 11156139
Abstract: A method for purifying the exhaust gas generated by an internal combustion engine, wherein the exhaust gas generated by the internal combustion engine is conducted through an exhaust gas path in which at least one adsorption element is arranged, to which pollutants contained in the exhaust gas at least partly bind, and in which the at least one adsorption element is regenerated by at least partial desorption of the bound pollutants, and pollutants desorbed from the at least one adsorption element during the desorption process are stored in at least one storage unit.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 13, 2017
Date of Patent: October 26, 2021
    Assignee: AUDI AG
Inventors: Simone Müller-Hellwig, Roland Heigl, Alexander Krajete, Arne Seifert, Hagen Seifert

  • Patent number: 10919769
Abstract: Nitrogen oxides formed in combustion engines are recycled such that the nitrogen oxides can be utilized for producing liquid or solid chemicals. The nitrogen oxides are recycled by a method including an adsorber material adsorbing nitrogen oxides from an exhaust-gas stream of the combustion engine, removing the adsorber material laden with nitrogen oxides, desorbing the adsorbed nitrogen oxides from the adsorber material, and converting the nitrogen oxides desorbed from the adsorber material into liquid or solid nitrogen-containing compounds.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 3, 2018
Date of Patent: February 16, 2021
    Assignee: AUDI AG
Inventors: Simone Müller-Hellwig, Hagen Seifert, Roland Heigl, Alexander Krajete, Arne Seifert
  • Patent number: 10768691
Abstract: A wearable motion tracking system (12) for capturing a relative position between a first body part (101) and a second body part (103) of said user (100) comprising a first measurement device (120a), a second measurement device (121a) and a computing device (150) that are configured such as to obtain by said computing device (150) a plurality of measurements between said first and second measurement devices (120a, 121a). Based on the plurality of measurements that comprises at least one distance measurement between said first and second measurement devices (120a, 121a) said computing device (150) is configured to compute, in three dimensions, a position of said second measurement device (121a) relative to said first measurement device (120a) for tracking the position of said second body part (103) relative to said first body part (101). The present invention further relates to a method of motion tracking.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 22, 2017
Date of Patent: September 8, 2020
    Assignee: Sensoryx AG
