  • Publication number: 20160270591
Abstract: A heat-generating sheet (1) for IH cooking heaters composed of a laminate sheet including a conductive layer (3) and a dielectric layer (5). The laminate sheet has a bottom section (10) and a peripheral side wall section (13) and can be folded into the shape of a container A having the conductive layer on the inner side; a plurality of first cutlines (7) are formed at intervals in the peripheral direction in the conductive layer corresponding to the peripheral side wall section of the container A formed by folding and reduce or cut off the induction of an eddy current produced by the induction heating of an IH cooking heater, and a reinforcing ring (20) made of a dielectric material is fixed to the dielectric layer corresponding to the periphery of the bottom section of the container A and keeps the shape of the container A.

  • Publication number: 20150215995
Abstract: To provide an induction heating container that can be used safely in which bumping that occurs when a liquid object to be heated such as water or soup accommodated therein is heated by an electromagnetic cooker is effectively suppressed, thereby preventing a user from getting burned or the surrounding area of the electromagnetic cooker from being contaminated. This induction heating container 1 is an induction heating container in which an induction heat generator 3 is attached to the inside of a container main body 2 that is made of a non-conductive material so as to enable cooking by heating by an electromagnetic cooker, wherein the induction heat generator 3 comprises: a laminated body involving a conductor layer 4 that generates heat by induction of eddy current by high-frequency magnetic field and a heat-seal layer 5 that exhibits heat-sealing properties to the container main body, and an eddy current control part 6 that is obtained by cutting the conductor layer 4 along the circumferential direction.

  • Patent number: 8344297
Abstract: Problem to provide a container for an electromagnetic cooker which can be heated corresponding to impedance check frequency which differs depending on a manufacturer of an electromagnetic cooker or the like, can properly and easily set a heat generation characteristic, is excellent in marketability, configuration in use, disposability, handiness in cooking and the like, is suitable for retort foods, instant foods and the like, and exhibits high heating efficiency, means for resolution a container for an electromagnetic cooker includes a container body made of a non-conductive material and a conductive layer in a bottom portion of the container, wherein the ratio of resistance change (R?R0)/R0 of the conductive layer with respect to the impedance check frequency of a heating coil is set to 5.3 or more, and a ratio of inductance change (L?L0)/L0 of the conductive layer with respect to the impedance check frequency of the heating coil is set to ?0.17 or less. Here, R indicates the high-frequency resistance (.

  • Publication number: 20100314385
Abstract: An induction heating body 3 attached to an inner bottom surface 21 of a non-magnetic (or non-conductive) container body 2 in which heat is generated by eddy current induced by a high-frequency magnetic field has rising parts 32 provided along the outer periphery of a flat surface part 31. One or two or more of the rising parts 32 are partially cut, and the outer periphery of the flat surface part 31 at a part in which the rising part 32 is cut are allowed to serve as an open edge 32. With this configuration, a part which is selectively broken under specific conditions such as non-water heating is provided in the induction heating body 3 to enhance safety, and heating efficiency is prevented from being lowered in normal use. By effectively eliminating breakage by heat of the container main body 2, an induction heating cooking container is provided which enables cooking to be performed without problems and can be used easily.
