The resilient member is mounted on one end of the shaft. The cam has a cam surface (222), and the cam surface defines a plurality of grooves (225) for storing lubricate oils, and the cam is slidable and rotatable relative to the shaft. The cam surface is engaged with the cam portion by the resilient member.
