Each lateral plate includes a main body, a number of strip-shaped portions protruding outwards from the main body, and a number of upper connecting portions. Each upper connecting portion connects a top end of one strip-shaped portion to the main body. Each strip-shaped portion and an adjacent upper connecting portion cooperatively define a number of T-shaped latching grooves running through the strip-shaped portion and the upper connecting portion. Each supporting structure includes a fixing strip, a supporting strip, and a number of T-shaped latching protrusions. The fixing strip is attached to the inner surface of the strip-shaped portion. The supporting strip connects to a side of the fixing strip for supporting a server. The T-shaped latching protrusions extend upwards from the fixing strip. Each T-shaped latching protrusion is latched in the T-shaped latching groove.

When the lever is rotated in a first direction, the pivot is slid into the slot, causing the engaging portion to engage with the latching member. Further rotating the lever in the first direction, the expansion card is urged to move toward the side panel until the male connector mate with the female connector. When the lever is rotated in a second direction opposite to the first direction, the expansion card is urged to move away from the side panel, causing the male connector to disengage from the female connector.
