The highly filled lignin-rubber masterbatch prepared by the present invention can replace the conventional reinforcing agent carbon black and provide a better reinforcing effect and higher mechanical properties for rubber materials. The present invention can also reduce the rubber content of the rubber composite materials while retaining the mechanical properties, thus featuring cost-efficiency.

According to operation parameters of a magnetic confinement fusion device and relevant parameter data of a plurality of candidate particle elements, signal-noise ratios are calculated. to select a neutral beam particle element. Beam trajectories varying in incident velocity, incident angle and sampling area are obtained by iterative calculation, and a preset parameter which enables the beam trajectories to pass through an entrance slit of an analyzer is obtained. A neutral beam that meets the preset parameter is injected into the plasma. An energy of the primary beam generated by collision ionization in a sampling area is measured, and potential of the sampling area is obtained according to law of conservation of energy. Sampling areas are detected to obtain potential spatial distribution of the plasma and a radial electric field, and the diagnostic is finished.

    Abstract: Provided are an immune cell treated by means of a magnetic field and the use thereof. A medium static magnetic field with an intensity of 0.3 T can promote the secretion of granzymes and cytokines of mouse CD8+ T cells, increase the level of ATP and mitochondrial respiration, and up-regulate the expression of mitochondrial respiratory chain related genes Uqcrb and/or Ndufs6. In addition, magnetic receptor candidate genes Isca1 and Cry1/Cry2 are involved in regulating the expression of Uqcrb and/or Ndufs6. An in-vivo experiment shows that the static magnetic field can inhibit the growth and development of tumors by means of promoting the secretion of the granzymes and cytokines of the CD8+ T cells. A killing ability test shows that the static magnetic field treatment can enhance the killing ability of the CD8+ T cells, and infusion of the CD8+ T cells treated by means of the magnetic field back into a tumor-grafted mouse has an anti-tumor effect.

The training module can perform deep learning on the plurality of sample data stored in the calibration database to obtain a therapy algorithm model. The data processing module can process the detection data received in the clinical therapy process according to the therapy algorithm model to generate preliminary therapy data. As the therapy algorithm model is obtained by performing deep learning on a large amount of clinical data, the reliability of the therapy algorithm model is high. Accordingly, the accuracy of the preliminary therapy data generated by the therapy algorithm model is also high.
