    Abstract: The present invention discloses a fully bio-based, highly filled lignin-rubber masterbatch, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. The lignin-rubber masterbatch is prepared by a method comprising: (1) reacting a lignin, acetic acid, and oleic acid in the presence of a catalyst to give a modified lignin; and (2) blending the modified lignin and a rubber, and granulating to give the lignin-rubber masterbatch. The highly filled lignin-rubber masterbatch prepared by the present invention can replace the conventional reinforcing agent carbon black and provide a better reinforcing effect and higher mechanical properties for rubber materials. The present invention can also reduce the rubber content of the rubber composite materials while retaining the mechanical properties, thus featuring cost-efficiency.

According to operation parameters of a magnetic confinement fusion device and relevant parameter data of a plurality of candidate particle elements, signal-noise ratios are calculated. to select a neutral beam particle element. Beam trajectories varying in incident velocity, incident angle and sampling area are obtained by iterative calculation, and a preset parameter which enables the beam trajectories to pass through an entrance slit of an analyzer is obtained. A neutral beam that meets the preset parameter is injected into the plasma. An energy of the primary beam generated by collision ionization in a sampling area is measured, and potential of the sampling area is obtained according to law of conservation of energy. Sampling areas are detected to obtain potential spatial distribution of the plasma and a radial electric field, and the diagnostic is finished.

A large language model (LLM) can generate initial structured sentences using an initial prompt for a domain-specific instruction extracted from an unstructured text input. Structural similarities between the initial structured sentences and sentences from a training dataset can be determined to obtain structurally similar sentences. The LLM can identify relational triplets from combinations of tokens from generated sentences using and the structurally similar sentences. The relational triplets can be filtered based on a calculated demonstration uncertainty to obtain a filtered triplet list. A domain-specific task can be performed using the filtered triplet list to assist the decision-making process of a decision-making entity.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for optimizing large language models (LLM) with domain-oriented model compression. Importance weights for general knowledge in a trained LLM, pretrained with deep learning, can be determined by computing the error when removing a weight from the trained LLM. The trained LLM can be iteratively optimized to obtain a domain-compressed LLM with domain knowledge while maintaining general knowledge by: fine-tuning the trained LLM iteratively with domain knowledge using the importance weights for general knowledge to obtain a fine-tuned LLM; determining importance weights for domain knowledge in the LLM with a regularization term by using gradient descent to optimize parameters when the fine-tuned LLM is trained with domain knowledge; and pruning learned knowledge based on importance weights for domain knowledge. A corrective action can be performed on a monitored entity using the domain-compressed LLM.
