Abstract: A method and apparatus for distributing organic matter to a stack of worm bed reactors, where each worm bed reactor has a receptacle with a screened bottom surface, sidewalls, an open top, and is filled with substrate and worms. A distribution gantry moveable from a docking area along the length of each reactor. An organic matter feeder overlies the docking area of each stack and supplies organic matter to each gantry in the stack. The gantries travel along the reactor to distribute the organic matter.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are described for establishing a wireless communications link at an aircraft terminal (AT). An AT may determine a timing offset based on the propagation delay between the AT and a ground station, which in some cases may be more than 100 kilometers away. The AT may then transmit an initial access message to the ground station based on the determined timing offset. In some embodiments, the AT may receive an access response message from the ground station that includes a timing alignment value and adjust the timing offset based on this value. The AT may transmit a connection message to the ground station that includes AT location information. This information may be used by the ground station to facilitate beamforming.

Abstract: A mobile communication network includes a plurality of access nodes that can serve different roles in support of a communication session with a mobile station. An access node can serve as a connecting node that receives access requests the mobile station, as an anchor node to anchor a radio packet connection with a core network for the communication session; or as a primary node to store session information for the communication session. When the communication session is established, the anchor node for the communication session may select another access node to serve as the primary node. Session information can be stored at both the anchor node and primary node so that data can be delivered to the mobile station if either one of the anchor node and primary node are available.
