  • Publication number: 20250170693
Abstract: An elastomer selecting mechanism for safety sliding bar of a nail gun, comprising defining a falling height of the nail gun and an allowed contraction amount of the elastomer, and determining an ideal elastic coefficient of the elastomer under the condition of the allowed contraction amount based on the gravitational potential energy obtained at the falling height of the nail gun, and then selecting the elastomer based on the ideal elastic coefficient. The elastomer has a maximum elastic coefficient to avoid permanent deformation of the safety sliding bar and a minimum elastic coefficient to maintain the touching and pressing feel of the safety sliding bar. The ideal elastic coefficient is limited by the maximum elastic coefficient and the minimum elastic coefficient to ensure the touching and pressing feel of the safety sliding bar and to avoid permanent deformation when the nail gun is subject to falling impact.

  • Publication number: 20250121483
Abstract: The invention discloses a swinging brake of electric nail gun for restraining a striker to return to a standard position after shooting the nail. The swinging brake is elastically pivoted on a swing seat of a gun frame, and is extended to form a braking end. The braking end can butt a stopping part on the gun frame when a power flywheel driven by the swing seat is at an idle position, so as to restrain the striker that has returned to the standard position. The braking end can also be driven by the swing seat to leave the stopping part when the power flywheel swings to a transmission position, so that the striker can be released from the standard position to slide along the nailing axial direction to shoot the nail. In this way, the striker in an electric nail gun configured with a swinging power flywheel is improved to accurately return to the standard position after nailing.

  • Patent number: 11583986
Abstract: An air-path structure of a pneumatic nail gun includes a main chamber formed in a gun body, a piston driving chamber and a timekeeping chamber that continuously releases pressurized air to the outside. The gun body is equipped with a trigger valve and a bar valve, and a security chamber and an auxiliary chamber are formed in the trigger valve; the trigger valve controls the pressurized air in the piston driving chamber to be discharged to the outside; and the bar valve controls the pressurized air in the main chamber to go into the piston driving chamber, the timekeeping chamber and the auxiliary chamber. The security chamber is permanently connected to the main chamber for concentrating upon the pressurized air, and the bar valve controls the pressurized air in the main chamber to be discharged into the timekeeping chamber, so as to improve the safety of pneumatic nail gun when used.

  • Patent number: 10016884
Abstract: A pneumatic nail gun operated in automatic actuation mode includes a gun body, a trigger valve, and a shuttle valve. The gun body defines therein a main chamber and is provided with a forward air conduit and a return air conduit. The forward air conduit provides a path for the pressurized air in the main chamber to force a valve stem of the shuttle valve to conduct a forward movement for a drive stroke. The return air conduit provides a path for the pressurized air in the cylinder to force the valve stem to conduct a return movement after the nail gun has completed the drive stroke. By depressing an actuating bar of the trigger valve a single time, the valve stem can be forced to conduct repeated forward and return movements, and thus the nail gun can conduct repeated drive strokes for stably striking a nail.
