    Abstract: A heat dissipation fan structure capable of showing a pattern of light includes a circuit board, a light guide plate, a light-permeable element, and a vane assembly sequentially connected together. The circuit board is provided with a light emission unit. The vane assembly has a light-permeable wall made of a light-permeable material. The light emitted by the light emission unit is evenly diffused by the light guide plate, passes through the light-permeable element, and is rendered into a specific pattern (e.g., a decorative design and/or characters) by the light-permeable portion of the light-permeable element, wherein the light-permeable portion is shaped according to user needs. The light-permeable material of the light-permeable wall of the vane assembly allows the decorative design and/or characters of light to be seen externally. The heat dissipation fan structure, therefore, can show a pattern of light in addition to dissipating heat.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates a method of forming substrate identification marks. In some embodiments, the method may be performed by forming a photosensitive material over a substrate. A first type of electromagnetic radiation is selectively provided to the photosensitive material to expose a plurality of substrate identification marks within the photosensitive material, and a second type of electromagnetic radiation is selectively provided to the photosensitive material to expose one or more alignment marks within the photosensitive material. Exposed portions of the photosensitive material are removed to form a patterned photosensitive material. The substrate is etched according to the patterned photosensitive material to form recesses within the substrate that are defined by the plurality of substrate identification marks and the one or more alignment marks.

    Abstract: An optical device includes: a lock having a locking unit and an operation unit having at least a sensor; and a key configured to correspond to the lock. The key includes an unlocking unit having at least a light-guiding element for transmitting light between the operation unit and the unlocking unit. The operation unit is activated to unlock the locking unit after the sensor detects and recognizes the transmitted light. After encoding, the optical device of the present invention cannot be reproduced and the encoded light beam will not be intercepted and decoded easily so as to satisfy our security demands. Further, the structure of the optical device of the present invention does not decay easily. Therefore, the present invention has an excellent anti-theft effect and a reduced production cost.
