Abstract: This application provides a calibration device and a method. The calibration device includes calibration boards arranged at intervals and having board surface parallel to each other, a guide rail disposed at peripheries of the calibration boards, TOF cameras, and a controller. Support frames are arranged at intervals on the guide rail, and the TOF cameras are mounted on the guide rail using the support frames. Distances between the calibration surfaces and the corresponding TOF cameras are different. The controller is connected to the guide rail and the TOF cameras, and configured to send a first set of timing control signals to control the guide rail to carry the TOF cameras to move along the guide rail, and send a second set of timing control signals to the TOF cameras to control the TOF cameras to work simultaneously or alternately to measure distance values between the TOF cameras and the corresponding calibration boards.

Abstract: An electrochromic (EC) device comprises a first electrode and a second electrode separated by an electrolyte. The first electrode comprises an electrochromic (EC) layer comprising a compound having the formula AiBjOk, where A comprises one or more elements selected from a group consisting of W, Mn, Mo, Co, Ni, Cs, and Zn, where B is different than A and comprises one or more elements selected from a group consisting of Mo, Ti, Nb, and V, where i and j have values that are greater than 0, and where k is a stoichiometric value that balances the formula. A is selected such that the EC layer has an improved optical contrast relative to BjOk and B is selected such that the EC layer has an improved specific charge capacity relative to AiOk.

The protruding ring includes a first bulged rim, a second bulged rim, and a band portion between the first and second bulged rims. The connection portion is in a first hinged relationship with the sleeve portion at the first ring so as to lock the folded configuration, and a second hinged relationship of the connection portion with the cuff portion supports the folded configuration.

Abstract: A distributed database transaction processing method and device based on a GPS atomic clock, the method includes: receiving a plurality of transaction requests by the first node server; determining a concurrency conflict between transaction requests received by the first node server; obtaining start time of each transaction in a case that the concurrency conflict exists, wherein the start time is local time of the second node server when the transaction request is sent; and local time of the second node server is synchronized with time of the GPS atomic clock server in an area which the second node server locates; processing all transactions by the first node server according to the sequence of the start time of each transaction. Throughput of distributed database system can be increased and an arrangement complexity of servers is reduced.

Abstract: The apparatus for dispensing paper towels from a roll includes a base member, an offset flange member and a rod member. The base member can have an actuatable suction cup on a bottom surface. The flange member has a base portion and a mounting portion made integral at a bend, such that the portions are angled to each other. Attaching the base portion to the base member forms an angled surface by the mounting portion such that a downward pulling action dispenses paper towels from the roll. The rod member extends orthogonally from the angled surface and over the base member so that the roll is stably supported at the angle set by the angled surface and the base member. There can be a holding device to maintain position of the roll relative to the rod member and a shield on the top end of the angled surface.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention is a shower rod assembly including an outer tube, a spring chamber, being housed in the attachment end of the outer tube, and inner tube with an attachment end inserted within said outer tube, and a bracket device at the opposite ends of the outer tube and inner tube for installation in an enclosure. The spring chamber has a fixed blocker in a locked position within the outer tube, a compression spring, and a mobile blocker with a removable locking pin. When the locking pin is removed, the compression spring extends to lock the outer tube and inner tube in position at a set length within the enclosure. Each bracket device has a base body with ridges, a casing with an inner core, a lock on the side of the casing and a mount.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention relates to a plunger device for clearing a clog from drain. The plunger device includes a handle, a plunger cup, and an auger attachment. The handle has a shaft removably connected to the plunger cup at the top of the cup, and the auger attachment is also releasably connected to the plunger cup at the bottom of the cup. The auger attachment extends beyond the rim and cup body of the plunger cup so that the auger attachment is mechanically inserted into the drain. The auger attachment is formed of a stronger material than the plunger cup. The push and pull of the handle creates the air pressure and vacuum action of the plunger cup to clear the clog. Also, the action creates the boring and retraction action of the auger attachment against the clog in the drain.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for providing real-time broadcast service in a mobile communication system, which is especially adapted to provide real-time broadcast service in the 3rd generation Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) mobile communication system. The method comprises: adding a broadcast service hierarchy for specially providing real-time broadcast service in an radio access network having an original service hierarchy for providing voice communication; real-time broadcasting the real-time broadcast service which is accessed to the mobile communication network to mobile terminals via air interface of the mobile communication network through setting special broadcast resources, namely special carriers or special scrambling codes; the mobile terminal working in either of an original service hierarchy mode and a broadcasting service hierarchy mode which can be switched with each other.
