  • Publication number: 20250258486
Abstract: A task-level cooperative optimization dispatching method supporting multi-cloud disconnection disaster recovery is provided. Since cooperative dispatching is required for different resource requirements in the abnormal stage of a network, a cooperative computing system is formed by nodes of a production shop, production tasks are transmitted and processed between the nodes according to technological requirements, and task-level cooperative optimization dispatching is conducted through a CoopDispatch method in case of disconnection to ensure continuous production. The CoopDispatch method has the characteristic of high dependence on specific resources for manufacturing tasks. Data transmission, storage and calculation are achieved through a LocalAny mechanism, which can reduce task delay, improve the cooperation efficiency among the tasks and satisfy the needs of manufacturing enterprises for disconnection disaster recovery in the multi-cloud mode.

  • Publication number: 20250120988
Abstract: The present invention provides a small molecule compound for treating ischemic stroke, which is 4-(phenyl (phosphinoyl) methyl) piperazine-2-carboxylic acid. This small molecule compound can completely block the activation of ASICs by glutamate, and partially block the activation of NMDARs by glutamate, achieving the purpose of not affecting the physiological function of NMDARs, thereby reducing the side effects of mental symptoms and even mortality in stroke patients, and providing an effective strategy for treating ischemic stroke. In addition, the synthesis method of this small molecule compound is simple, which can reduce the cost of the pharmaceutical and has good application prospects.

  • Publication number: 20250061346
Abstract: A method of determining interaction information, an electronic device and a storage medium are provided, which relates to a field of artificial intelligence technology, in particular to a large model, a generative model, an NLP, an intelligent search and other fields. An implementation is to determine a plurality of questioning dimensions according to query information of a subject and historical query information, where each questioning dimension includes a dimension name and a plurality of options; determine a target questioning dimension from the plurality of questioning dimensions according to evaluation values of the plurality of questioning dimensions and whether semantic information of the plurality of questioning dimensions are consistent with semantic information of a query result associated with the query information; and determine the interaction information according to the dimension name and the plurality of options in the target questioning dimension.

  • Publication number: 20240115541
Abstract: The invention provides a method for treating cerebral apoplexy and hyperbilirubinemia by the compound or reagent for competitively inhibiting or blocking combination of bilirubin and the TRPM2 channel. The compound or the reagent is competitively combined with the D1069 residue of TRPM2 channel (the analogous D1066 residue of the mouse TRPM2). It is verified that bilirubin can serve as an extracellular endogenous agonist to be directly combined with the TRPM2 channel to aggravate brain tissue damage caused by stroke and hyperbilirubinemia, K928 and/or D1069 residues are key amino acid residues for playing roles. When the K928 and/or D1069 residues are mutated or competitively combined, the bilirubin is prevented from activating the TRPM2 channel; wherein D1069 residue mutation can effectively antagonize the nerve injury effect caused by bilirubin, which would be a therapeutic target for relieving and treating ischemic stroke and hyperbilirubinemia related brain damage.
