  • Publication number: 20250199933
Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure provide a task scheduling method, a model generation method, and an electronic device. The method includes: obtaining a plurality of first PMU metrics corresponding to a case in which a task runs on a first core of a heterogeneous system; inputting the plurality of first PMU metrics into a pre-generated load feature identification model, to obtain a predicted running feature of the task; and scheduling the task based on the predicted running feature. In this manner, the predicted running feature of the task can be provided through the load feature identification model, so that a reliable reference is provided for task scheduling, and task scheduling can be more accurate. Correspondingly, a hardware resource can be fully utilized.

  • Publication number: 20250190252
Abstract: The present invention relates to a task scheduling method, including: computing a first load value required for executing a first task, and determining at least one first-level processor corresponding to a first load range to which the first load value belongs; processing the first task by using a first-level processor in an idle state in the at least one first-level processor; computing a second load value required for executing a second task, and determining at least one second-level processor corresponding to a second load range to which the second load value belongs; and processing the second task by using a second-level processor in an idle state in the at least one second-level processor. In this application, before execution of a task or during execution of a task, the task can be scheduled, in a timely manner, to an idle CPU at a matched computing power level, for continued processing.

  • Publication number: 20240086244
Abstract: A scheduling method performed by a computing device that includes a plurality of processors, a type of at least one instruction set of instruction sets supported by at least one of the plurality of processors is different from a type of an instruction set of instruction sets supported by another processor, where the scheduling method includes obtaining a type of an instruction set of an application, selecting a target processor from the plurality of processors, where the type of the instruction set of the application is a subset of types of a plurality of instruction sets of instruction sets supported by the target processor, and allocating the application to the target processor for execution.

  • Patent number: 7953658
Abstract: A method, system, and computer are disclosed for managing a financial transaction associated with a financial account, wherein the transaction would cause an outstanding balance of the financial account to exceed a credit limit. The method comprises determining a merchant type for a merchant which is a party to the transaction. A merchant credit risk associated with the determined merchant type is determined. The merchant credit risk is compared to a threshold value defining an acceptable credit risk. The transaction is approved based on the comparison of the merchant credit risk with the threshold value.

Date of Patent: May 31, 2011
    Assignee: Capital One Financial Corporation
