A pull rod of the testing device for the adhesive strength of the inner hole coating may apply an axial tension to the inner hole coating via a guide ring and an assisting assembly, and may also apply radial pressure to the inner hole coating via a tapered surface and the assisting assembly. And the press rod may apply a radial tension to the inner hole coating via the pull hook and the assisting assembly. The testing method for the adhesive strength of the inner hole coating adopts the above-mentioned testing device for adhesive strength of an inner hole coating, a tensile adhesive strength test and a shear adhesive strength test may be performed on a same device.

    Abstract: Provided is a nickel-based composite coating, method for producing the same and use thereof. A powder mixture is coated on the surface of a substrate to obtain a nickel-based composite coating, wherein the powder mixture comprises nickel-chromium-boron-silicon powders and barium titanate powders. The barium titanate powders are added to the nickel-based powders as a second phase to form BaTiO3—NiCrBSi metal-based ceramic composite coating. The nickel-based barium titanate composite coating has an excellent damping shock absorbing performance and gives the substrate strength as well. Comparing with the conventional coating materials, the coating obtained by the present disclosure through plasma cladding technique not only bonds with the substrate in a metallurgic way, but also has a small heat affected zone, specifically, an excellent damping shock absorbing performance.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a novel high-performance repairable sliding plate of a pantograph of an electric locomotive and a manufacturing method thereof. The sliding plate includes a monometallic substrate and a conductive, wear-resistant, anticorrosion and self-lubricating coating integrated with the substrate. The coating is formed by plasma spraying Cu—TiO2 core-shell composite powder on the monometallic substrate directly, and includes the following components by mass percent: 60-70% of Ti4O7, 15-25% of Cu, 10-15% of TixO(2x?1) and 5-10% of TiO2, where 5?x?10. The multifunctional composite coating is the working layer of the sliding plate of the present disclosure, and the damage of the coating can be repaired by plasma spraying with the composite powder, thereby recovering dimensional accuracy and service performance.

    Abstract: Provided are a system and process for remanufacturing a waste cylinder assembly of an aircraft piston engine. The spraying apparatus includes a first power mechanism, a spray gun assembly and a second power mechanism. The first power mechanism drives the cylinder assembly to move in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction. The second power mechanism drives the spray gun assembly to rotate around a center of the blind hole and ensures that prepared coatings can be evenly distributed along an inner wall of the blind hole. A nozzle end of the spray gun extends into the blind hole, and the spray gun is adjustable relative to the center of the blind hole. A spraying distance is not fixed so as to change the spraying distance. Powder can be fully melted.

    Abstract: Provided is a nickel-based composite coating, method for producing the same and use thereof. A powder mixture is coated on the surface of a substrate to obtain a nickel-based composite coating, wherein the powder mixture comprises nickel-chromium-boron-silicon powders and barium titanate powders. The barium titanate powders are added to the nickel-based powders as a second phase to form BaTiO3—NiCrBSi metal-based ceramic composite coating. The nickel-based barium titanate composite coating has an excellent damping shock absorbing performance and gives the substrate strength as well. Comparing with the conventional coating materials, the coating obtained by the present disclosure through plasma cladding technique not only bonds with the substrate in a metallurgic way, but also has a small heat affected zone, specifically, an excellent damping shock absorbing performance.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a crack sensing tag including a dielectric substrate, a tag chip, an antenna and a metal patch. The tag chip and the antenna are respectively attached to an upper surface of the dielectric substrate, the tag chip is connected with the antenna, the metal patch is attached to a lower surface of the dielectric substrate, and the antenna is connected with the metal patch. The crack sensing tag may be removed without breaking its geometry after a monitoring cycle for the next surface crack monitoring, as the occurrence of cracks is monitored. The monitoring region is a coverage region of the crack sensing tag, which is complementary to a coupling tag, enabling the further enlarging of the crack sensing region to monitor the metal member to be tested in all dimensions. The crack sensing tag identifies crack depth variations up to millimeter accuracy.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a flexible UHF RFID anti-metal tag including a tag chip, an antenna layer, a substrate layer and a metal base layer sequentially attached from top to bottom. The substrate layer includes a first and a second dielectric layer being sequentially attached from top to bottom. The first dielectric layer is attached to the antenna layer, and the second dielectric layer is attached to the metal base layer. A metal member to be labeled and the metal base layer jointly eliminate the interference of the metal on an equivalent circuit of the antenna. The substrate layer uses a polymer material as the first dielectric layer, and a support flexible material with the lower cost, such as the foam dielectric layer, is used as the second dielectric layer, which saves cost while ensuring sufficient flexibility of the substrate layer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an agglomerated TiN powder, the powder comprising spherical aggregates having particle diameters of 40 to 80 ?m and formed by the agglomeration of Ti and N having the atomic fractions of 72% and 28% respectively. Also provided is a TiN coating obtained using the powder. The three-strong-peak phase of the coating is a TiN phase, and also has partial TiO, TiO2, and Ti3O oxide phases; the coating has layered distribution of bright and dark phases, and the joint between the interior of the layered structure and the layer structure is provided with a small number of pores; the joint between the coating and a base has no microscopic defects such as cracks and is well jointed. The supersonic plasma-sprayed TiN coating achieves hardness as high as 1210HV0.1, thereby enhancing the wear resistance of the coating. The coating has good fracture toughness, thereby enhancing the fracture mechanical performance inside of the coating and extending the fatigue life of the coating.
