Abstract: Method of forming dual gate insulation layers and semiconductor device having dual gate insulation layers is disclosed. The method of forming dual gate insulation layers comprises forming a first thin layer of a thick gate insulation layer on a semiconductor substrate by oxidizing the semiconductor substrate, depositing a second thicker layer of the thick gate insulation layer on the first thin layer, removing a portion of the thick gate insulation layer to expose a surface area of the semiconductor substrate and forming a thin gate insulation layer on the exposed surface area of the semiconductor substrate. The method of forming dual gate insulation layers, when applied in fabricating semiconductor devices having dual gate insulation layers and trench isolation structures, may help to reduce a silicon stress near edges of the trench isolation structures and reduce/alleviate/prevent the formation of a leaky junction around the edges of the trench isolation structures.

Abstract: A system comprises a finding scene constructing module, for constructing and displaying a finding scene according to a scene of different levels of difficulty, a base map matching the scene and a target to be found; a finding position processing module, for acquiring a finding position and comparing the finding position with a distribution area of the target to be found, to obtain a comparison result and judge, according to the comparison result, whether a child accurately finds the target to be found; a scoring module, for scoring according to the comparison result, counting total scores and submitting the total scores to a database for storage; an audio and video module, for providing prompts and knowledge for the child according to the comparison result; and a scene element database, for storing the scene of different levels of difficulty, the base map matching the scene, the target, and the audio and video.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an access system and an access method that enable a wireless slim terminal device accessing to at least one instant messenger (IM). The access system consists of a wireless slim terminal device and a wireless access point. The wireless slim terminal device notifies the wireless access point the type of a desired IM to be accessed and an associated instant message user identifier, the wireless access point accesses to the IM with the instant message user identifier so as to enable the wireless slim terminal to communicate with a remote terminal device.
