    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to spherical dual-polarization phased array weather radar. The spherical dual-polarization phased array weather radar comprises a spherical crown phased array antenna module, a digital transceiver module and a signal processing module, wherein the spherical crown phased array antenna module comprises a spherical support frame and a plurality of dual-polarization micro-strip radiation units; the dual-polarized micro-strip radiation units are tightly arranged on the spherical support frame; the spherical crown phased array antenna module is used for detecting weather; wireless transmission is carried out between the digital transceiver module and the spherical crown phased array antenna module; the digital transceiver module is used for generating a frequency modulation signal or a phase coding signal required for detecting meteorological targets and receiving an echo signal reflected by the target; and the signal processing module is connected with the digital transceiver module.

The methods may involve immersing the silicon-on-insulator structure in a stripping bath to strip an oxide film from the surface of the silicon-on-insulator structure. The stripped silicon-on-insulator structure is immersed in an ozone bath comprising ozone. The ozone-treated silicon-on-insulator structure may be immersed in an SC-1 bath comprising ammonium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide to clean the structure.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a dual-polarized phased array antenna and a dual-polarized phased array weather radar. According to the dual-polarized phased array antenna, a plurality of dual-polarized row feeds are arranged on a horizontal cylindrical support surface to form a dual-polarized antenna in a horizontal cylindrical shape. This allows two polarized signals in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction to be simultaneously received and transmitted, and ensures digital multi-beam signals with constant beam bandwidth, antenna gain, and dual polarization performance. The dual-polarized phased array weather radar provided in the present disclosure uses the formed dual-polarized microstrip patch antenna or a dual-polarized waveguide slot antenna in the horizontal cylindrical shape. This can ensure consistency of weather detected at different scan angles, and improve the accuracy of weather target 3D construction.
