The array substrate includes a substrate and a plurality of data lines and a plurality of scan lines provided on the substrate, the plurality of the data lines and a plurality of the scan lines are insulated and intersected mutually to define a plurality of sub-pixel areas provided in an array, each sub-pixel area is provided with a sub-pixel, the sub-pixel includes a plurality of pixel electrodes provided in a same layer and spaced to form a plurality of light-emitting areas, two adjacent pixel electrodes are electrically connected to each other via a connection electrode, and a pixel driving circuit is electrically connected to a corresponding data line, a corresponding scan line, and a corresponding pixel electrode.

Abstract: An array substrate, a method of manufacturing the same, and a display panel are disclosed. The method includes: providing a substrate; depositing a light-shielding material on the substrate; and etching the light-shielding material to form a light-shielding layer, where an included angle formed between a side surface of the formed light-shielding layer and a plane where the substrate is located lies in the range of 80 to 110 degrees.

Abstract: A method for driving a display device is provided. The method includes: obtaining a refresh frequency of a current frame image; adjusting a common voltage of all pixels in a second vertical blank interval to control a difference value between a root mean square of voltage differences between common voltages and pixel voltages of the pixels in a first vertical blank interval when a reference frame image is displayed, and a root mean square of voltage differences between common voltages and pixel voltages of the pixels in the second vertical blank interval when a current frame image is displayed to be within a preset-voltage-difference-range, such that the difference in decrease levels of potentials of the pixels at different refresh frequencies are greatly reduced, the screen brightness displayed on the display device at different refresh frequencies tend to be consistent, and a screen flicker phenomenon is further improved.

The mother substrate includes: an input pad located on an edge of the mother substrate; and a sub-substrate. A switch array and one or more signal lines connected to the switch array are arranged in a display area of the sub-substrate. One end of the signal line lead out a first test portion, and another end of the signal line is connected to the input pad and lead out a second test portion. The first test portion and the second test portion are located on different conductive layers and are insulated from each other. Partial orthographic overlapping of the first test portion is overlapped with partial orthographic overlapping of the second test portion in the non-display area.

Abstract: Disclosed are an array substrate, a display panel, a display device, and a manufacturing method of the array substrate. The array substrate includes a substrate layer, a passivation layer and a filter layer sequentially stacked. A side of the passivation layer facing the filter layer is provided with a concave-convex structure. By setting the concave-convex structure, when the light rays hit the uneven structure, the passivation layer region of the concave-convex structure can function as a lens. According to the principle of light scattering, light is scattered or diffused in the concave-convex structure to increase the propagation paths of light, more light can pass through the passivation layer and the light transmittance is improved. According to the principle of light diffraction, a new light source is formed at the position of the concave-convex structure to increase the light density and the light transmittance is improved.

The driving method of the array substrate controls a data drive signal line to output a first polarity data drive signal in a first time period and output a second polarity data drive signal in a second time period alternately. In the first time period, the first polarity data drive signal is output to drive the first sub-pixels of each pixel group to make the first sub-pixel of each pixel group to be a first polarity. In the second time period, the second polarity data drive signal is output to drive the second sub-pixel of each pixel group to make the second sub-pixel of each pixel group to be a second polarity. Abstract: A display panel, a driving method and a display device are disclosed. The display panel is divided into a first area and a second area arranged along a data line direction. Multiple sub-pixels corresponding to a same row of scan line are connected to data lines in one-to-one correspondence. In the first area and second area, each column of sub-pixels is arranged between two adjacent data lines, where the same column of sub-pixels includes multiple sub-pixel groups, each of which includes at least one sub-pixel. Among two adjacent data lines, one data line is connected with the sub-pixels in the odd groups, and the other is connected with the sub-pixels in the even groups. The compensation module is for compensating an output voltage of the control signal according to the compensation coefficient, thereby voltages at gates are consistent when the control signal is sent to each of the gates. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an insulation unit based on an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display mechanism. The method for manufacturing the insulation unit based on the array substrate includes: providing an aluminum layer on a substrate; and anodizing the aluminum layer to oxidize the aluminum layer to form the insulation unit. The method for manufacturing the insulation unit based on the array substrate can manufacture an insulation unit with a better corrosion resistance.
