Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are an all-black crystalline silicon solar cell and a preparation method therefor, and a photovoltaic module. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) depositing a film layer on the front face of a silicon wafer by means of a PECVD method so as to obtain a silicon wafer having a coated front face, wherein the film layer is of a laminated structure and comprises an innermost SiNx layer having a thickness of 20 nm or more; (2) subjecting the resulting silicon wafer having the coated front face to back-face PECVD and laser beam grooving so as to obtain a coarse silicon solar cell; and (3) subjecting the resulting coarse silicon solar cell to silk-screen printing and electron injection to then obtain an all-black crystalline silicon solar cell.

Abstract: A self-priming jet pump includes a pump body provided with a water inlet and a water outlet. A jet tube and an impeller are arranged in the pump body. The jet tube is communicated with the water inlet and an inlet of an impeller. A first channel is arranged on the outer periphery of the jet tube. The first channel is communicated with the water inlet and the impeller. A cross-section of the first channel is a closed or open annular structure, and the first channel is around the outer periphery of the jet tube. The first channel is provided with a valve core. When a pressure at the water inlet is greater than a predetermined pressure at the impeller, the valve core moves to switch on the first channel. A cavitation problem is relieved by arranging the flow-increasing channel.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for cargo sorting, configured to control an end effector with a package placement platform to sort the cargo, and the method includes: moving the package placement platform to a package obtaining position and obtaining the cargo to be sorted that enters into the package placement platform; moving the package placement platform to a package storage location; and exerting a first force to push the cargo into a package storage unit. With the help of the package placement platform, the method of the invention can receive the packages of different types or different sizes or different material so as to sort and transport all kinds of packages.

Abstract: An effective capacity estimation method and system for super capacitor energy storage systems are provided. The method includes: establishing a nonlinear electrical model of supercapacitor cell and an equivalent electrical model of a supercapacitor system; obtaining the first test data by charging the supercapacitor cell; based on the first test data, setting the initial value of parameters of the nonlinear electrical model of the supercapacitor cell by a preset algorithm; using a least-square method to identify the parameters of the nonlinear electrical model of the supercapacitor cell; obtaining electrical parameters of the equivalent electrical model of the supercapacitor system except the connection resistance parameters, carrying out a charging test of the supercapacitor system to obtain the connection resistance parameters, and estimating an effective capacity of the supercapacitor energy storage system based on the equivalent electrical model of the supercapacitor system after parameter identification.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a connection design method for a lateral resisting system of a self-centering steel frame, comprising: determining basic sizes and performance parameters of a steel frame, a connection design load, the performance targets of connections and an inter-storey drift angle limit, calculating an inter-storey lateral drift limit, the rotational stiffness of a beam column connection and a column base connection and the angular drift limits of the beam column connection and the column base connection, designing the section size of an energy dissipation steel plate, calculating an allowable bending moment of a column bottom and an allowable bending moment of the beam column connection, an axial force of anchor rod and the axial force of a beam column and the local pressure of each flange when the column bottom reaches angular drift limits, conducting strength checking, stability checking and local pressure checking, and checking self-centering capability.

Abstract: Described are a self-healing composition, and a preparation method for and an application of the composition. The composition is of a core-shell structure; the core contains a hydrogenated styrenic thermoplastic elastomer polymer and an inorganic filler; the shell contains a hydrophilic polymer; the composition has a density of 1.2-2 g/cm3, a water contact angle of no more than 90°, and a diesel oil and/or natural gas absorption expansion ratio of 5-15 times. By coating the hydrogenated styrenic thermoplastic elastomer and the inorganic filler with the hydrophilic (surface polarized) polymer, a core-shell structure is formed. When the composition is used for well cementing in an oil/gas field, the composition has a density and compatibility matching cement mortar and thus can form a uniform and stable cement slurry for well cementing in the oil/gas field, and has excellent oil/gas absorption expansion performance and thus can expand after absorbing oil/gas to perform self-healing.

Abstract: This application provides a task scheduling method and apparatus. When scheduling a task to be executed by a first target virtual machine, a scheduler first obtains at least one top-priority task in a to-be-executed task queue of the first target virtual machine to first ensure that the top-priority task is preferentially executed, then further determines a first task with minimum virtual runtime from the at least one top-priority task, and finally controls the first target virtual machine to execute the first task. This ensures fair task scheduling of at least one task with a same priority. In this application, the scheduler can ensure both preferential scheduling of a high-priority task and fair scheduling of tasks with a same priority when scheduling the task on the first target virtual machine.
