  • Publication number: 20230289372
Abstract: An electronic map update method includes: determining an update period of a first electronic map corresponding to a user equipment in response to a map update request sent by the user equipment; determining at least one piece of per-period incremental information currently corresponding to a second electronic map of a latest version; where the per-period incremental information includes an incremental period, the per-period incremental information is a data change record of an electronic map in the incremental period, and the incremental period is a period for starting an incremental conversion of the electronic map; querying, from the at least one piece of per-period incremental information, target incremental information of which a corresponding incremental period is located in the update period; and updating the first electronic map of the user equipment to the second electronic map based on the target incremental information.

  • Patent number: 11100268
Abstract: Embodiments are generally directed to a hierarchical approach for performing simulation for PDNs that have integrated VRMs. According to certain aspects, embodiments include an approach that decouples the simulation for PDN and the simulation for VRM/PKG through PDN macromodeling. In these and other embodiments, the approach includes a SPICE-accurate simulation for the VRM part using a non-linear solver and using a linear solver for the PDN part, with minimal handshaking between them. For example, using a Backward Euler method having a fixed time step, at every simulation time interval, the linear solver sends reduced boundary currents to the non-linear solver. After the non-linear solver converges at the time interval, it sends boundary voltages back to the linear solver for determining voltages in the PDN part at the time interval.

  • Patent number: 8855085
Abstract: A Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) handover method is provided. The method comprises a mobile station receiving probe frames sent in a predefined time interval from a current associated access point and an adjacent access point during a preset time period. The station obtains and stores a signal strength for each access point based on the beacon frames. The station performs fuzzy processing of the signal strengths and change rates of the signal strengths to obtain fuzzy data characterizing levels of the signal strengths and the change rates. The station performs fuzzy reasoning based on the fuzzy data to obtain reasoning outputs. A target access point is determined by the station based on the reasoning outputs. The station authenticates with the target access point, and sends a re-association request frame to the target access point. Re-association is established after a re-association response frame is received by the station.

  • Publication number: 20130272264
Abstract: The present invention provides a wireless local area network handover method based on fuzzy rules, the method comprises: the mobile station S1: receives the beacon frames sent in predefined time interval from the current associated access point and the adjacent access point during a preset time period, obtains and stores signal strength of two access points through beacon frames; S2: performs fuzzy processing to the value of signal strength of the current access point and the adjacent access point and the change rate of signal strength respectively, then obtains fuzzy data characterizing levels of signal strength and the change rate of signal strength; S3: performs fuzzy reasoning taking the fuzzy data as the input according to a preset fuzzy rules, obtains a reasoning output variables which contain handover modes of the mobile station, and determine the target access point according to the reasoning outputs; S4: the mobile station authenticates with the target access point; S5: the mobile station sends t

  • Publication number: 20070129094
Abstract: Provided is a power control apparatus and method of a time division duplex (TDD) communication system. The power control apparatus includes an uplink power determiner for determining an uplink power value using a power control computation element of a current frame, which is acquired using a power control computation element of a prior frame and a power increase/decrease change estimated from a downlink, and a cell interference received from a base transceiver station (BTS); and an uplink power controller for controlling an uplink power by sending the uplink power value from the uplink power determiner to a transmitter.
