    Abstract: A wafer-level system-in-package (WLSiP) package structure is provided. The WLSiP package structure includes a device wafer, an adhesive layer, and a plurality of second chips. The device wafer includes a first front surface having a plurality of first chips integrated therein and a first back surface opposing the first front surface. The adhesive layer is formed on the first front surface of the device wafer and the adhesive layer includes a plurality of through-holes exposing the first front surface. The plurality of second chips are bonded to the device wafer, and the plurality of second chips are bonded with the adhesive layer to cover the plurality of first through-holes in a one-to-one correspondence.

    Abstract: A method for genetic transformation of edible mushrooms is provided relating to the technical field of genetic transformation of Agaricus bisporus, enoki mushroom and shiitake. The disclosed method for genetic transformation of Agaricus bisporus includes: inoculating Agaricus bisporus liquid mycelia into a foxtail-millet-grain culture medium, and pre-culturing them at 20-25° C. until Agaricus bisporus mycelia grow on surfaces of foxtail millet grains. This method uses the foxtail millet grains as an attachment matrix, and during the pre-culturing and co-culturing, the culture substrate is shaken up every day. The method for genetic transformation of enoki mushroom or shiitake includes: inoculation of enoki mushroom mycelia or shiitake mycelia, activated culturing of agrobacterium, and agrobacterium infecting a foxtail millet grain-enoki mushroom mycelium matrix or a foxtail millet grain-shiitake mycelium matrix.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a molecular sieve-based catalyst modification apparatus. The apparatus comprises a feed unit 1, a modification unit 2 and a cooling unit 3 connected in sequence; the feed unit comprises a catalyst feed unit 11 and a modifier feed unit 12, a catalyst and a modifier are introduced into the modification unit 2 respectively by the catalyst feed unit and the modifier feed unit and are discharged from the modification unit after sufficient reaction in modification unit, and then enter the cooling unit 3 for cooling.
