Abstract: An injection pump control method includes: when a control switch is detected as being connected, a monitoring controller turns on a power source to start supplying power; a master controller transmits a communication signal to the monitoring controller, controls a data collecting unit to collect operational data of the injection pump, determines whether the injection pump is operating normally according to the operational data, and controls an alarm module of the injection pump to issue an alarm when an abnormality is found; and the monitoring controller continues to acquire the communication signal transmitted by the master controller when the communication signal is abnormal, cuts off the supply of power of the power source and transmits an alarm signal, thereby triggering an emergency source to be turned on to supply power to the alarm module, and the alarm module (50) issuing an alarm according to the alarm signal.

Abstract: A control method for discharging bubble in a syringe pump is disclosed. The method includes detecting whether there is a bubble in a syringe barrel of a syringe pump by means of a bubble detection device; determining the position of the bubble if there is a bubble is in the syringe barrel; and according to the position of the bubble, controlling the syringe pump to perform a discharging operation so as to discharge the bubble from the syringe barrel.
