The apparatus comprises a housing, a magnetic structure forming a magnetic field in the housing, and a coil structure in the magnetic field, concentric of the magnetic structure. In response to external vibration, the coil structure and the magnetic structure are movable with respect to each other. The coil structure comprises at least two sets of coils overlapped in space, of which a first coil set is for detecting vibration and a second coil set is for applying control in accordance with a control signal.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of inorganic compounds, and particularly, relates to a method for directly preparing graphene by taking CBr4 as a source material and using methods such as molecular-beam epitaxy (MBE) or chemical vapor deposition (CVD). A method for preparing graphene comprises the following steps: selecting a proper material as a substrate; directly depositing a catalyst and CBr4 on a surface of the substrate; and performing annealing treatment on the sample obtained through deposition. Compared with other technologies, an innovative point of the method in the invention is that the catalyst and CBr4 source can be quantitatively and controllably deposited on any substrate, and the catalyst and CBr4 source react on the surface of the substrate to form the graphene, so that the dependence of the graphene growth on a substrate material can be reduced to a great extent, and different substrate materials can be selected according to different application backgrounds.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for obtaining neighboring cell information. The method includes: receiving identifier information of a neighboring cell sent by a base station; when finding a first CGI, determining whether the first CGI is the same as the CGI comprised in the identifier information of the neighboring cell; when the first CGI is the same as the CGI comprised in the identifier information of the neighboring cell, determining the CGI comprised in the identifier information of the neighboring cell as a CGI of the neighboring cell; and sending, to the base station, information used for indicating the CGI of the neighboring cell. The method and apparatus for obtaining neighboring cell information according to the embodiments of the present invention may better implement an ANR function.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for obtaining information of a neighboring cell. The method includes: obtaining a Cell Global Identifier CGI of a neighboring cell of a base station; and obtaining, according to the CGI of the neighboring cell and a correspondence between all or part of information in the CGI and a public land mobile network PLMN information set, a PLMN information set corresponding to the neighboring cell. With the method and the apparatus for obtaining information of a neighboring cell according to the embodiments of the present invention, a base station can implement an ANR function well.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a process or method for the preparation of prasugrel and several novel crystalline forms of prasugrel hydrochloride. The process comprises preparation of prasugrel by acetylation in solvents which have low boiling point and/or low toxicity, and the process not only avoids using solvents which have high boiling point and/or high toxicity such as toluene, acetonitrile and so on, but also resolves the problem about thermal instability of prasugrel, and the loss of prasugrel is reduced, as well as the yield is raised. The yield of prasugrel is higher than 85% and the purity is higher than 99.5%. The process can prepare prasugrel and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The novel crystalline forms of prasugrel hydrochloride are crystalline form H1, H2 and H3, and their performance in oral absorbability, activating metabolism and inhibiting platelet aggregation is excellent.
