  • Publication number: 20240120857
Abstract: A power tool includes an operating switch; a motor that is connected to the operating switch and capable of starting in response to the conduction of the operating switch and braking in response to the disconnection of the operating switch; and a control circuit configured to control a working state of the motor. The control circuit includes a driver circuit including multiple switching elements; a controller that is coupled to the motor and capable of outputting a first control signal to control the motor to start; and a parameter detection unit for detecting a working parameter of the motor. The controller is configured to, in response to the operating switch being turned on again within a preset time after being turned off, acquire the working parameter and set a duty cycle of a second control signal according to the working parameter to control the motor to restart.

  • Patent number: 11920986
Abstract: A sewer pipe inflow and infiltration diagnosis method based on a distributed fiber-optic temperature measurement system is provided. The inflow and infiltration diagnosis method includes the following steps: S1: transmitting, by an optical time-domain reflectometer, an original optical signal to a temperature sensing fiber-optic cable provided in a sewer pipe; S2: feeding back, by the temperature sensing fiber-optic cable, a modulated optical signal to the optical time-domain reflectometer due to a temperature effect; S3: subjecting the modulated optical signal to photoelectric conversion, so as to acquire binary information; S4: converting the binary information into decimal information; S5: drawing a spatiotemporal map of a water temperature; and S6: eliminating a background noise value, identifying an abnormal water temperature point, determining an inflow and infiltration point of the sewer pipe, and determining an abnormal inflow and infiltration point of the sewer pipe.

  • Patent number: 11898932
Abstract: A device for diagnosing a fault in a bearing of a motor is provided. If the device operates in a fault diagnosis mode, a current signal acquisition unit acquires a real-time current signal of the motor, a residual signal acquisition unit extracts harmonic signals from the real-time current signal of the motor acquired by the current signal acquisition unit and remove a fundamental signal and a harmonic signal from the real-time current signal of the motor to acquire a residual signal, a fault feature extraction unit analyzes the residual signal in both time domain and frequency domain to extract a fault feature index of the bearing, and a fault diagnosis model unit performs, by using a bearing fault diagnosis model obtained through training, pattern recognition on the fault feature index to diagnose a fault state of the bearing.
