Publication number: 20250244192Abstract: The disclosure provides a method, device and system for airtightness testing of a battery pack and a battery pack. The method for airtightness testing includes: placing a gas source device in a battery pack; sealing a case of the battery pack; detecting, in response to meeting a preset condition, concentration of a source gas in the battery pack, and determining whether the battery pack meets the airtightness standard. The system for airtightness testing includes a processor, a gas source device, a gas sensor, a first heating assembly used to heat a battery cell, and a second heating assembly used to heat the source gas. A battery management system can obtain a more accurate airtightness result by detecting the concentration of the source gas.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 27, 2025Publication date: July 31, 2025Applicant: CONTEMPORARY AMPEREX TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) LIMITEDInventors: Bin ZHANG, Chen CHEN, Hailun ZHOU

Publication number: 20250116567Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of battery technology, and discloses battery test tooling, and a use method and a control method for battery test tooling. The battery test tooling can improve the versatility of the battery test tooling. The battery test tooling comprises: a bracket, at least two sets of driving assemblies, and pressing members, wherein the driving assemblies are mounted on the bracket; and each set of driving assembly is provided with the pressing member, a pressing face on the pressing member that is away from the bracket being used to abut against a battery to be tested; and each of the pressing members is movable in a direction away from or approaching the bracket under the drive of the driving assembly. The battery test tooling provided in the present application is used to test the battery to be tested.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 9, 2024Publication date: April 10, 2025Applicant: CONTEMPORARY AMPEREX TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITEDInventors: Kai WU, Yingfeng YU, Dengwei LIAN, Ning ZHANG, Hailun ZHOU, Huiying ZHONG, Xiaolong LIU, Tiecheng WEI, Pengfei GUO

Patent number: 12206822Abstract: Assistance can be provided to users of AVs based on user sentiments. A system may receive a request for assistance from a user of an AV (e.g., a passenger of the AV). The system may also receive sensor data that is captured by a sensor suite of the AV from detecting the user, the AV, or another object. The system determines a sentiment of the user based on the sensor data. The system may input the sensor data into a machine learning model and the model outputs information indicating the user's sentiment. The system can determine who, when, or how to service the user's request based on the user's sentiment. The system may assign the user's request to an agent who can provide the assistance. The system can further provide guidance (e.g., suggested content of a conversation with the user) to the agent based on the user's sentiment.Type: GrantFiled: July 7, 2022Date of Patent: January 21, 2025Assignee: GM Cruise Holdings LLCInventors: Livia Johanna, Hailun Zhou, Theresa Foy

Patent number: 12122416Abstract: Assistance can be provided to AV users through projection of graphical figures. A system may receive a request for assistance from a user of an AV. The system assigns the request to an agent who can assist the user. The system further provides a graphical representation (e.g., an avatar) of the agent to a device that can project the graphical representation to the user. The user can have a conversation with the graphical representation, e.g., based on information provided by the agent. The system can also provide an audio filter to the device for modifying an audio content presented by the device so that the modified audio content appears as if it is made by the graphical representation. The device may be a part of the AV or a client device of the user that can present VR, AR, or MR content. The device may be mobile.Type: GrantFiled: July 7, 2022Date of Patent: October 22, 2024Assignee: GM Cruise Holdings LLCInventors: Livia Johanna, Hailun Zhou, Theresa Foy
