Abstract: A method for preparing hydrogen from ammonia by using pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is provided. The method for preparing hydrogen from ammonia, of the present invention, comprises the steps of: generating hydrogen and nitrogen from ammonia gas through a high-temperature reaction by using a catalyst; performing purification by selectively adsorbing unreacted ammonia gas from a gas containing unreacted ammonia and low-purity hydrogen and nitrogen, which are supplied through the high-temperature reaction and cooled; and performing purification by separating high-purity hydrogen from the gas consisting of low-purity hydrogen and nitrogen, wherein purification is carried out by using a carbon molecular sieve (CMS) adsorbent so as to desorb the unreacted ammonia gas through PSA.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for reducing current consumption in a portable terminal are provided, in which upon generation of a task, a controller transitions to a Virtual Maximum Clock (VMC) level and changes a clock level from the VMC level according to a load state of the controller, to process the task. Moreover, the controller changes the clock level by at least one of transition from the VMC level to an RMC level, a stepwise increase from the VMC level, a stepwise decrease from the VMC level, and a hold at the VMC level, according to the load state of the controller.

Abstract: Provided are a digital broadcasting receiving device and method for audibly informing a user of a channel change. The method includes searching for channel information and channel audio guide signal premapped to the channel information, upon sensing a channel change, selecting a channel audio guide signal corresponding to the channel information, if channel information about a changed channel exists, and outputting the selected channel audio guide signal through an audio output unit. Thus, the method is capable of informing a user of a channel change by outputting a channel audio guide signal, allowing the user to audibly check a changed channel.

Abstract: A temperature controlling method is provided for a separate cooling refrigerator having a rotary blade in which a freezer compartment and a refrigeration compartment having the rotary blade at the rear wall thereof are separately cooled by installing an evaporator and a ventilation fan in each compartment, and a refrigerant is properly provided to each ventilation fan for the freezer and refrigeration compartments by a compressor. According to the method, a stationary angle of the rotary blade is controlled to discharge cool air into the highest-temperature portion within the refrigeration compartment, inferred by a fuzzy inference, and a cool air discharging cycle is also controlled by the compressor and the ventilation fan for the refrigeration compartment, maintaining the temperature equilibrium within the refrigeration compartment.
