  • Patent number: 11842642
Abstract: The invention provides designs and methods for a heavy vehicle operations and control system for heavy automated vehicles, which facilitates heavy vehicle operation and control for connected automated vehicle highway (CAVH) systems. The heavy vehicle management system provides heavy vehicles with individually customized information and real-time vehicle control instructions to fulfill the driving tasks such as car following, lane changing, route guidance. The heavy vehicle management system also realizes heavy vehicle related lane design, transportation operations, and management services for both dedicated and non-dedicated lanes. The heavy vehicle management system consists of one or more of the following physical subsystems: (1) Roadside unit (RSU) network, (2) Traffic Control Unit (TCU) and Traffic Control Center (TCC) network, (3) vehicles and onboard units (OBU), (4) traffic operations centers (TOCs), and (5) cloud platform.

  • Patent number: 11244089
Abstract: Disclosed is a cam curve design method for a cap screwing machine based on a multi-objective method, belonging to the technical field of cap screwing machine cam design. The present disclosure is to solve the problem that the conventional method for redesigning the cam curve cannot optimize the parameters according to the degree of importance such that the operating stability of a cam mechanism is poor.

  • Patent number: 11168682
Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for determining reasonable design area of roots pump rotor profile of roots pump and its application, and belongs to the field of mechanical design. According to the method of the disclosure, after a relation between the roots pump rotor profile and performance parameters is established, constraint conditions for avoiding a closed volume and undercutting are further determined, so that a reasonable design region of a roots pump rotor blade peak curve is determined. Reference is given when the roots pump rotor profile is designed, i.e., the rotor profile with the blade peak curve being not within the reasonable design region inevitably causes the problem of closed volume or undercutting in application, so that the design of the rotor profile that causes the closed volume or undercutting can be avoided when the roots pump rotor profile is designed.

  • Patent number: 10883496
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for modifying performance of a rotor profile by adjusting meshing line segments, including the following steps: step 1, dividing a meshing line of a bilateral profile into eight functional segments; step 2, constructing each functional segment by using a cubic NURBS curve; and step 3, locally adjusting the functional segments of the meshing line by adjusting control points or weight factors of the NURBS curve, and observing corresponding changes of the rotor profile so as to adjust corresponding geometrical parameters.
