Abstract: Provided is a plum picking and grading robot. The plum picking and grading robot includes a base supporting mechanism, a collecting box body, a grading and screening mechanism, a picking robotic arm, an end execution mechanism, a storage mechanism, and a visual identification system, where the collecting box body is disposed at a front end of the base supporting mechanism, and includes a sound fruit collecting box and a defective fruit collecting box; the grading and screening mechanism and the picking robotic arm are separately disposed on an end surface of the base supporting mechanism, and the end execution mechanism is disposed on an end that is of the picking robotic arm and that is away from the base supporting mechanism; the storage mechanism is disposed on the end surface of the base supporting mechanism; and the visual identification system includes one positioning binocular camera and two identifying binocular cameras.

Abstract: An automated functional fault localization method for software product lines integrates techniques such as Spectrum-Based Fault Localization (SBFL), machine learning algorithms, data mining, and information theory. By utilizing code blocks as the detection granularity, it performs probability allocation from three perspectives: prediction, actual execution, and correlation. The suspiciousness values of code blocks are then computed using uncertainty reasoning algorithms, enabling the rapid identification of suspicious statements. Building on this, a more precise assessment of these statements is achieved by evaluating at three levels of granularity: global, local, and code block. This ultimately results in more efficient and accurate fault localization. The code blocks directly correspond to internal feature interactions, significantly enhancing the efficiency of searching for these interactions.

For each opportunity to present content to a user, an online publishing system selects content to a group of users using a selection process. To achieve the desired metric for the content campaign, the publishing system determines a probability of participating in the selection process with content from the content campaign based on feedback about the current performance of the campaign. For example, the system compares the opportunities passed and the budget spent for the content campaign to a current time and budget expenditure, and then it calculates an equilibrium probability that will achieve the desired budget at the end of the campaign. The system then determines whether to participate in a selection process for each new opportunity to present content using this adjusted equilibrium probability.
