    Abstract: Apparatus and methods for one-shot HARQ-ACK codebook determination are disclosed. The apparatus includes: a receiver that receives a first signal configuring a number of Downlink (DL) Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) processes, and a second signal triggering a HARQ-Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback for each of the number of DL HARQ processes; and a transmitter that transmits a HARQ-ACK codebook, wherein the HARQ-ACK codebook comprises a first part including the HARQ-ACK feedback for each of the number of DL HARQ processes.
