The method includes: in response to determining that a length of a buffered video reaches a first numerical value, creating and executing a preloading task, where the buffered video is a current video that is buffered and is to be played, and the preloading task is used for preloading a subsequent video; and in an execution process of the preloading task, in response to determining that the length of the buffered video is less than or equal to a second numerical value, cancelling the preloading task, where the second numerical value is less than the first numerical value.

    Abstract: Disclosed are applications of humic acid (HA) in improving phytoremediation efficiency of heavy metals in waterbody, relating to the technical field of environmental ecological engineering. The phytoremediation of heavy metals is achieved by reducing heavy metals content in the waterbody by planting Vallisneria natans. HA is added to slow down the degreening of Vallisneria natans leaves under heavy metal toxicity, and to increase the accumulation of leaves and roots of Vallisneria natans to heavy metals, together with reducing the leaching capacity of heavy metals in waterbody; HA enhances the activity of enzymes related to reactive oxygen metabolism in plants by stimulating the synthesis of proteins and enzymes in various organs of plants, as well as reducing the concentration of malondialdehyde in plants, regulating the reactive oxygen content in plants, reducing the peroxidation of membrane lipids, and enhancing the resistance of plants to heavy metals.

Edge extraction and segmentation is performed on each detection target in the fluorescence image, to obtain the fluorescent image area of each detection target in the fluorescence image. At least one of a cumulative gray-scale value, a maximum gray-scale value and an average gray-scale value of the fluorescence image region and a diameter value of a bright field image region of each detected target is calculated. Then, the flow clustering analysis is calculated based on at least one of the cumulative grayscale value, the maximum grayscale value, the average grayscale value, and the bright field diameter value.
