Publication number: 20230314377Abstract: The present invention discloses a real-time ultrasonic stimulation electric signal recording chip and a preparation method thereof, where the preparation method includes the following steps: S1 manufacturing an interdigital electrode on a piezoelectric substrate to obtain a surface acoustic wave chip, and manufacturing a recording electrode and an electrode lead; S2, manufacturing an insulation protection layer on the chip obtained in the S1, and processing the insulation protection layer to form the recording electrode, so as to obtain a chip combining the interdigital electrode and the recording electrode; S3, preparing a PDMS cavity; and S4, bonding the PDMS cavity prepared in the S3 and the chip obtained in the S2. In the present invention, combining the interdigital electrode generating a surface acoustic wave ultrasound with a multi-channel recording electrode, such that real-time recording of a multi-channel electric signal under ultrasonic stimulation is achieved.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 9, 2023Publication date: October 5, 2023Applicant: SHENZHEN INSTITUTES OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY CHINESE ACADEMY OF SCIENCESInventors: Long MENG, Wei ZHOU, Hairong ZHENG, Lili NIU, Zhengrong LIN, Benxian PENG, Farooq UMAR, Yingjian CUI

Patent number: 11741342Abstract: Neural Architecture Search (NAS) is a laborious process. Prior work on automated NAS targets mainly on improving accuracy but lacked consideration of computational resource use. Presented herein are embodiments of a Resource-Efficient Neural Architect (RENA), an efficient resource-constrained NAS using reinforcement learning with network embedding. RENA embodiments use a policy network to process the network embeddings to generate new configurations. Example demonstrates of RENA embodiments on image recognition and keyword spotting (KWS) problems are also presented herein. RENA embodiments can find novel architectures that achieve high performance even with tight resource constraints. For the CIFAR10 dataset, the tested embodiment achieved 2.95% test error when compute intensity is greater than 100 FLOPs/byte, and 3.87% test error when model size was less than 3M parameters.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 2019Date of Patent: August 29, 2023Assignee: Baidu USA LLCInventors: Yanqi Zhou, Siavash Ebrahimi, Sercan Arik, Haonan Yu, Hairong Liu, Gregory Diamos

Patent number: 11707635Abstract: Provided is a conscious animal ultrasonic neural regulation device, including a pulse signal generation module, a transducer module and a fixing module. The pulse signal generation module is configured to generate a pulse signal with high energy. The ultrasonic transducer module is configured to convert the pulse signal into an ultrasound. The fixing module includes an upper fixing module and a lower fixing module. The upper fixing module is configured to fix the ultrasonic transducer module, and the lower fixing module is configured to be fixed on an animal neural regulation target point. The upper fixing module and the lower fixing module are connected by a connecting component. The conscious animal neural regulation device of the present disclosure can perform accurate ultrasonic stimulation on a cerebral cortex and subcortex of the animal, thereby exploring and verifying the stimulation effect of the ultrasound on the animal, which is easy in operation and convenient in use.Type: GrantFiled: April 21, 2017Date of Patent: July 25, 2023Assignee: SHENZHEN INSTITUTES OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY CHINESE ACADEMY OF SCIENCESInventors: Hairong Zheng, Hui Zhou, Lili Niu, Ruibiao Guo, Long Meng, Yongchuan Li, Min Su, Jiqing Huang, Ming Qian
