The antenna patch layer and the signal shielding layer are spaced apart through a dielectric layer. The antenna patch layer is beneath the signal shielding layer such that the antenna structure transmits electromagnetic waves towards the bottom of the substrate and receives the electromagnetic waves from the bottom of the substrate.
