    Abstract: The present application discloses hypertext transfer protocol secure (HTTPS) based packet processing methods and apparatuses. An exemplary method may include receiving an HTTPS request sent by a client terminal. The method may also include looking up in a key database in accordance with a target domain name in the HTTPS request, and reading a ciphertext of an encrypted first private key corresponding to the target domain name. The method may further include decrypting, by using a second private key, the ciphertext of the encrypted first private key to obtain the first private key; and decrypting, by using the first private key, a ciphertext of an encrypted symmetric key contained in the HTTPS request to obtain the symmetric key.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for reducing load peaks in a user group matching process is described. The method may acquire a matching target of a user group (301), and acquire a user set from a maintaining user list according to the matching target (302). The matching target is used for indicating a set of conditions that the user group needs to meet. The method also calculates a matching degree between the user set and the matching target (303), and dynamically judging whether the user set meets the matching target according to the matching degree between the user set and the matching target and a load condition of a server (304). A new user set is reacquired if the user set does not meet the matching target, and the user set is determined as a user group successfully matching if the user set meets the matching target (305).

After the above steps, it becomes easy to remove the portion of the first polysilicon layer on a sidewall of the dielectric layer by vertical etching. Thus, no polysilicon residue will be formed on the sidewall of the dielectric layer.
