Abstract: A system for interoperability between networks utilizing different protocols and method thereof; said system comprises at least two independent IP networks utilizing different protocols as well as an interoperability proxy that performs protocol conversion between those networks. Said interoperability proxy comprises at least a interoperability proxy unit that performs protocol conversion; said interoperability proxy unit comprises a packet-receiving module, a packet-forwarding module, and a protocol-converting module that performs protocol conversion between networks utilizing different protocols. During interoperability between networks utilizing different protocols, the interoperability proxy converts the packet into the protocol that can be identified by the interoperability network, thus it achieves port convergence function and enables the network environment to intercommunicate with networks utilizing different protocols.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a implementing method and system for ONLY service that can synretize a PSTN subscriber and an IP network subscriber, the main aspects of invention are: assigning an ONLY number to each subscriber, with which identifies the subscriber exclusively, wherein the said subscriber can be the IP subscriber or the ordinary PSTN subscriber; Configuring an ONLY Service Server and an ONLY User Server, any ONLY service call initiated by the PSTN subscriber or the IP network subscriber being transmitted to the ONLY Server, and through cooperation between the Service ONLY Server and the ONLY User Server, controlling the connection according to the call control strategy customized by the subscriber in advance, to implement communication between the PSTN subscriber and the IP network subscriber. If the call fails, a new call can be initiated automatically according to the call control strategy list customized by the subscriber in advance.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for generating a charge ID in Internet ONLY service, generating the charge ID that includes printable characters using a call ID in the IP gateway; the process is simple and resulted charge ID is absolutely unique. Wherein including: configuring the charge ID including 32 printable characters, each of which is represented with 4 binary bits; taking the call ID including 16 characters, each of which is represented with 8 binary bits; corresponding each call ID character with two charge ID characters, wherein the upper four from eight bits of one of the call ID characters referring to 4 binary bits of one of the charge ID characters, the lower four bits corresponding to 4 binary bits of another charge ID character. Because the scope represented by four binary bits is from 0 to 15, the charge ID characters can exactly correspond one by one relationship with printable characters of 0-9 and A-F.
