Abstract: Systems and methods for generating training data using synthesized input images for training a machine learning model for image enhancement in accordance with embodiments of the invention are described. The system may access a target image (e.g., captured by an imaging device), and generate an input image that corresponds to the target image. The input image and target image may then be used (e.g., as part of a training data set) to train the machine learning model. For example, a generated input image corresponding to a target image may represent a version of the target image as if it were captured in low light. The target image may be a target illuminated output to be generated by enhancing the input image. The input image and target image may be used to train a machine learning model to enhance images such as those captured in low light.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for distributing an electric energy quantity. The method and apparatus are used for solving a problem that electric energy cannot be reasonably distributed among multiple household appliances in the related art. The method includes that a terminal detects a first remaining electric energy quantity of a photovoltaic panel; the terminal determines, according to pre-determined identification information of at least one household appliance to be electrified corresponding to each remaining electric energy quantity range of the photovoltaic panel, first identification information corresponding to a first remaining electric energy quantity range where the first remaining electric energy quantity is located; and the terminal controls the photovoltaic panel to electrify a first household appliance of the first identification information.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for building a co-culture model for Caco-2/RAW-264.7 cells induced by lipopolysaccharides and an application of the co-culture model. The method includes: 1) culturing Caco-2 cells and RAW-264.7 cells; 2) inoculating the 5 Caco-2 cells onto an AP side of an upper chamber of a Transwell plate, and incubating; 3) inoculating the RAW-264.7 cells onto a 24-well plate, and incubating; 4) transferring the upper chamber of the Transwell plate into the 24-well plate; 5) dissolving lipopolysaccharides in PBS to prepare a stock solution, filtering, and diluting for later use; and 6) adding an LPS-10% DMEM medium on a BL side, incubating, and forming an intestinal inflammation model.

Abstract: A portable computer operation station is adapted for supporting a portable computer, wherein the portable computer operation station includes an input device and a supporting frame foldably coupled with the input device to move between a folded position and an operation position. At the folded position, the supporting frame is folded to overlap on the input device to form a compact planar structure, and at the operation position, the supporting frame is folded at an inclination angle with respect to the input device for inclinedly supporting a main panel of the portable computer at the supporting frame so as to elevate a display panel of the portable computer and to offer an extended length between the display panel of the portable computer and the input device.
