    Abstract: The present invention provides a dual-substrate antenna package structure and a method for manufacturing the same. The package structure includes a main substrate and at least one antenna substrate. The antenna substrate is provided on a pad of the main substrate by an array of solder balls placed on the antenna substrate, at least one chip is electrically connected to the main substrate, and metal wiring provided on the main substrate electrically connects the pad to the chip. The array of solder balls includes support solder balls and conventional solder balls, and the support solder balls have a melting point high than 250° C. A spacing distance between the antenna substrate and the main substrate can be kept stable during the reflow soldering process and subsequent processes because the support solder balls having the high melting point can always maintain the stability of the structure during the reflow soldering process.

The method can further include adding the transaction information and the generated signature to the data block and adding the data block onto the blockchain, and transmitting the signature to the service nodes in the service node subnetwork, so that the service nodes perform signature verification on the signature based on the key specific to the accounting node.

    Abstract: A fluidized solidified soil based on gold tailings includes the following raw materials in parts by mass: 75 parts to 80 parts of gold tailings, 5.2 parts to 13 parts of a dispersant solution, and 9 parts to 16 parts of a solidifying material. A preparation method includes the following steps: mixing the gold tailings with the dispersant solution, and then stirring to obtain a suspension slurry of the gold tailings; and adding the solidifying material, and stirring to obtain the fluidized solidified soil. In the present disclosure, the gold tailings are used as a main material, combined with a special dispersant solution and a special solidifying material, and a fluidized solidified soil is prepared with fluidity suitable for pumping and a certain strength after hardening. The fluidized solidified soil prevents the pollution caused by gold tailings landfilling, and can be used as a filling material for various construction projects.

Comparing with the existing technology and according to the empirical test, the data delivery stem that is based on fragmented data transportation of the logistics center model (the most typical system in the concurrent technology) shows that: performance is increased by 10%, resource consumption is reduced by 30%, system failure rate has dropped 20%, and each process can be controlled.
