    Abstract: A lighting apparatus includes a lamp body, a lamp cover, and a hinge structure formed as an extruded polymer member that connects the lamp body to the lamp cover. The hinge structure has a first fixing portion, a second fixing portion, and a connecting section. The first fixing portion is secured to the lamp body, and the second fixing portion is secured to one side of the lamp cover. The lamp cover rotates relative to the lamp body along the hinge structure. When the lamp body is installed on a ceiling or wall, the lamp cover hangs downward for user access during setup and is then rotated upward to close and seal with the lamp body.

    Abstract: Provided is a solar cell. The solar cell includes a silicon substrate, a P-type doping structure located on the back surface of the silicon substrate, an N-type doping structure located on the back surface of the silicon substrate, a spacing region located between the P-type doping structure and the N-type doping structure, a first electrode located on a back surface of the P-type doping structure, and a second electrode located on a back surface of the N-type doping structure. In a first direction, the back surface of the P-type doping structure is higher than the back surface of the N-type doping structure, and the first direction is from a front surface of the silicon substrate to the back surface of the silicon substrate. With the solar cell of the present disclosure, more carriers can be generated and successfully collected, improving a cell efficiency.
