Abstract: A lighting apparatus includes a surge voltage protector, a first rectifier, a first DC-DC converter, a first DC filter, a first constant current source, a second rectifier, a second DC-DC converter, a second DC filter, a second constant current source, a first PWM generator, a second PWM generator, a dimmer controller, a first light source and a second light source. The surge voltage protector is coupled to an external power for relaying an AC power. When there is a surge voltage is detected, the surge voltage protector disable routing the AC power. There are two or more paths of power circuits each generating a limited power. These power circuits are placed in the same container to simplify the overall design.

Abstract: A method, device, system, and storage medium for tracking a moving target are provided. The method uses three-dimensional radar observation data to construct a state vector and a motion model of the moving target, thereby to construct a state equation and an observation equation for achieving filtering and tracking within a linear Gaussian framework. The disclosure is also suitable for a moving target in a two-dimensional scene with a distance and an azimuth, and the disclosure use a two-dimensional observation vector to construct a dynamic system to achieving tracking of the moving target. The disclosure can be used in radar systems containing Doppler measurements, and tracking of moving targets can be implemented by performing dimension-expansion processing on observation equations.

Abstract: A hydrokinetic turbine system for harvesting energy from riverine and tidal sources, including a first floating dock, a marine hydrokinetic turbine mounted on the first floating dock, and a second floating dock. The system further includes a winch assembly mounted on the second floating dock and operationally connected to the first floating dock and a linkage assembly operationally connected to the first floating dock and to the second floating dock. The linkage assembly may be actuated to pull the first floating dock into contact with the second floating dock. The linkage assembly may be actuated to distance the first floating dock from the second floating dock, and the winch assembly may be energized to orient the first floating dock into a position wherein the marine hydrokinetic turbine is above the first floating dock and wherein the winch assembly may be energized to orient the first floating dock into a position wherein the marine hydrokinetic turbine is below the first floating dock.

The method includes: obtaining packet configuration information, where the packet configuration information includes a packet parsing rule; parsing a received target packet based on the packet configuration information to obtain a target packet feature; obtaining a packet forwarding rule corresponding to the target packet based on the target packet feature; and forwarding the target packet according to the packet forwarding rule corresponding to the target packet. Because packet features of different service data are different, the different service data is distinguished based on the different packet features, and is forwarded according to different forwarding rules. This implements forwarding control of the different service data, improves service data forwarding efficiency and adjustment precision, and avoids low service data transmission efficiency and incapability of splitting the different service data.
